Last month the Virginia General Assembly (sponsored by healthcare pawn Delegate Stolle) passed a bill and Governor Northam signed into law legislation that now allows Virginia hospitals (Inova) to withdraw and deny care their doctors deem unethical or inappropriate (i.e not profitable for hospital). The law gives a family that disagrees with a hospital treatment decision 14 days to find another doctor at another hospital to agree to take their family member or the hospital may withdraw all care including life saving care already being provided. In other words they can removed oxygen, ventilators, tubefeedings, fluids, etc and let you die, or more accurately put kill you. This law becomes effective on July 1, 2018. Strangely or not so strangely this is one of the only laws passed in this session that has Not been boasted about or published.
Medicare and Medicaid patients and anyone without platinum health insurance needs to be very wary of dealing with hospitals in Virginia now because if my sisters story shows anything it is Inova hospitals have absolutely no qualms about putting out or killing off patients they do not value and deem unprofitable. In fact I believe it is the outing of Inova and what they did to my sister that brought about this bill.
Lastly Medicare patients have certain federally protected rights when it comes to this type of situation which this law appears to go against (and is why Inova ran to have their buddies in Fairfax circuit court hand over my sister before the Medicare decision was rendered). Federal law trumps state law.
Editor’s Note: Probate reform is not possible in my opinion. The only solution is to abolish it altogether. No one should have their identity stolen by court approved and appointed predators and NO ONE should be deprived of their Constitutional protection by being rendered dead in the law. This is a money laundering scheme where estates are plundered by professional predators who prey on the elderly and the disabled to enrich themselves. These tribunals are unconstitutional and violate numerous protected rights.
In 2013, a former Berkeley resident, Greg Cooke, was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease. A physician deemed Mr. Cooke’s wife unable to care for him, and he was referred to a nursing home. A private conservator became aware of Mr. Cooke’s situation and began to petition for conservatorship. Mr. Cooke’s wife fought to retain her role as his caregiver, but ultimately, the Alameda County Probate Court assigned Mr. Cooke to the private conservator. The conservator began billing Mr. Cooke $8,000 a month in the form of excessive fees and charges. The conservator refused to communicate with Mr. Cooke’s family regarding his condition. They refused his family visitation rights and recently sent a letter to Mr. Cooke’s wife stating that he was deceased. Yet, in spite of the letter, the conservator has continued to bill Mr. Cooke’s estate.
Our probate court system is failing seniors and people with disabilities such as Mr. Cooke. Predatory for-profit conservators are taking advantage of vulnerable community members through a system of conservatorship that is rife with elder abuse and civil-rights violations. This process is a part of a larger trend robbing families of color of their property and wealth. This year marks the 50th anniversary of the Fair Housing Act and it is time to address this problem.
A conservatorship in California is a probate court proceeding where a judge appoints a caretaker for an adult unable to care for him or herself.
Once a conservatorship is established, the caretaker (legally termed a ‘conservator’) has nearly total control over the person put under his or her care (a ‘conservatee’).
“Today’s news proves Congress has not their job. Reports of 18 billion unwanted calls in 2017 by Seattle based tech company HIYA prove that. Reportedly, over 4 million people complained last year to the federal government about robocalls.
Last month, a reported 2.7 billion robocalls were reported. Consumer groups have complained the U.S. government is not doing enough.”
Last month, I sent correspondence to two Senators and a Congressman in California regarding the need for tougher penalties for robocallers and telemarketing fraud. You can choose a random pre-recorded answer, or a specific one, or record your own. If you are clever how you do it, they will take back your recording and will take them sometime to realize it. If rarely you get a call from a number not in the robocall list, you can add the number yourself, and help the community by adding a new number to the system. You can also allow calls to come in if they were identified as spammer by mistake.” More

Black Farmers and Small Farmers Protesting Dollar General and The USDA for Unfair Practices and Filing a Historical Suit Next Wednesday

On Wednesday, April 25, 2018, the federal courthouse in Albany, Georgia, will be the very location, where a historic and momentous occasion is to take place. A national boycott – against the variety store, Dollar General, Farmers National Bank, CapStar Bank, among other businesses – will commence with the expressed desire to bring attention to the abuse of power committed by Dollar General heirs, Steve and Jay Turner, along with federal judges.
Also, this demonstration will be just one side of the plans for that day. As 1,000 people are expected to appear for this event, which will include a group of African-American farmers, a lawsuit will be filed against the USDA for continued discrimination.
The Georgia Chapter of the African-American Agriculturalist Association’s main complaint is the Secretary of Agriculture at the USDA is not allowing hearings from African-American farmers like he does their Caucasian counterparts. So, they are desiring to see change and hope that justice will prevail.
In an alliance with the Georgia Chapter of the African-American Agriculturalist Association, multiple civil rights groups, and other groups representing small farmers, the protest is being organized by the Cowtown Foundation Inc., a Tennessee Corporation that specializes in the rights of minority farmers at the administrative level.

Researchers from Penn State’s college of medicine and Yale’s school of medicine have discovered that the timing of when vaccines are given may be related to major brain disorders.
Using insurance data for children ages 6-15, which dated back 5 years, the researchers learned that kids vaccinated within 3 to 12 months of the study were more likely to have one of many neuropsychiatric disorders. The results were accomplished by comparing the vaccinated with the unvaccinated within the same parameters.
The study, which was put on full display in an article written by Robert F. Kennedy Jr. in The Liberty Beacon, implies that heavy vaccinating of young people could stimulate brain disorders and immune system damage. The peer-reviewed study was published in Frontiers in Psychiatry’s January 19th issue.

The New Mexico Public Regulation Commission unanimously rejected the Public Service Company of New Mexico’s proposal to install Advanced Metering Infrastructure , called smart meters, citing rate increases, an excessive opt-out fee and layoffs as deal breakers.
“After several hearings, I felt the program was clearly not in the best interest of the public,” Commission Chairman Sandy Jones, who represents District 5, said. “I held public meetings in Silver City and Deming and many of my constituents agreed.”
Following three separate hearings held over the course of almost two and a half years, the commissioners concurred that the proposed AMI program did not fairly balance the interests of investors and ratepayers or promote the public interest.
According to a release from the PRC, the commissioners determined the AMI program failed to take advantage of possible energy efficiency measures, identify sufficient operational benefits, or provide meaningful opt-out opportunities. Especially significant was a concern that the lifetime costs to ratepayers would exceed savings in contrast with the benefits shareholders would reap.

A 2016 LAW SIGNED BY OBAMA SHACKLED THE DEA (DRUG ENFORCEMENT ADMINISTRATION) IN ITS EFFORTS TO CRACK DOWN ON BIG PHARMA TRAFFICKERS.
That law is the Ensuring Patient Access and Effective Drug Enforcement Act of 2016, passed by Congress and signed by President Obama on 4/9/16.
And that is the federal government’s role in perpetuating and expanding the opioid crisis.
Honest agents inside the complacent DEA want to have the right to march into a pharmaceutical company headquarters and say, “We know you’re shipping millions of opioid pills to little pharmacies and clinics that, in turn, are selling the pills to street dealers. We’re going to freeze those shipments now, and we’re going to arrest key executives.”
But that 2016 law raises the bar so high on what the DEA can do, the whole law-enforcement effort is hamstrung, throttled, and loaded down with legal complications.

In 2004, the Journal of Clinical Oncology published a study about chemotherapy’s success rates when looking at how many cancer patients were still alive after 5 years. It states: RESULTS:
The overall contribution of curative and adjuvant cytotoxic chemotherapy to 5-year survival in adults was estimated to be 2.3% in Australia and 2.1% in the USA. CONCLUSION:
As the 5-year relative survival rate for cancer in Australia is now over 60%, it is clear that cytotoxic chemotherapy only makes a minor contribution to cancer survival.
To justify the continued funding and availability of drugs used in cytotoxic chemotherapy, a rigorous evaluation of the cost-effectiveness and impact on quality of life is urgently required. You’d be hard pressed to find anything still being touted as your best shot at a cure with an average success rate of just over 2 percent, which chemotherapy has, if it wasn’t for the fact that big profits were driving the recommendation. For stage 4 cancers the rate is less than half of one percent.
Fundamentally, chemotherapy rarely works. Worse, some drug treatments also promote the spread of cancer. Subsequent letters to the former AG aking him to define just exactly what ordinary negligence is, have gone unanswered.
