Time-sensitive: contact senators about 5G (nationwide campaign)

* * * * *

Dear Everyone,

US FCC wants to “streamline” the approval process for DAS (Distributed Antenna System) 4G/5G ubiquitous cell towers by exempting them from the 1996 Telecommunications Act!

And the US Senate will imminently be voting on S.19 and S.88, to expand DAS 4G/5G deployment!

If such efforts succeed, millions of small cell towers (on existing light poles/utility poles, or new ones) will be deployed everywhere, throughout residential neighborhoods. The millimeter microwave radiation deployed will produce horrific health effects, worsening EVERYONE’s health, and will remove the remaining pollinators. It’s THAT serious. The bees in particular will die off rapidly, per studies of bees and microwave radiation.

See link below for list of Senators and their info, by State, for ease in writing and phoning.

“Northern Minnesotans, Native American Water Protectors ( like the heroes at Standing Rock), sportsmen, environmentalists, downstream businesses, wild rice harvesters, fish, game, birds and just plain working folks whose babies and other vulnerable beings with developing brains need non-toxic water to thrive or simply survive must understand that such relatively common catastrophes could destroy the aquifers in the BWCAW, Birch Lake, the Partridge River, the Embarrass River, the St. Louis River, the city of Duluth and ultimately, Lake Superior.”

The PolyMet Project and the Lethal Risks to the St Louis River Watershed and Lake Superior

It’s an Acceptable Risk for Foreign Investors to Take, but What About Us?

ALL tailings “ponds” are a problem. If they don’t breach and spill massive amounts of toxic sludge into the environment like at Mount Polley, they leach that contamination slowly, poisoning the waters and lands around them.”  —

Last year, Duluth News-Tribune published a Local News article with the title “EPA signals its support for final PolyMet review”.

The article ended with what I regard as an intentionally deceptive and woefully insufficient sentence: “Critics say the project is likely to taint downstream waters with acidic runoff”. More

LIBERAL-MANIA FALLS INTO CULTURE SHOCK: IT’S THE TRUMP CARD AFFECT

The question: How were so many Americans just content with government doing it all for them while their individual freedoms just withered away and
vanished?

the-king-of-diamonds-1

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
   Donald Trump is a gambling man.  If he wasn’t good at it, he would have sold his casinos a long time ago.  Also, running for President was a gamble.  He knew about the risk but he had something that the other candidates didn’t have.  He knew a little slight of hand and then he pulled out his trump card.  After he was elected he showed us that he also had a few things up his sleeve.  Though he is now the President, he is not a king as kings are not elected by the people. They normally are installed by a former king or queen through family succession.  But for now, I shall place these ideas on hold for a moment so as to have a closer look at the history books.
History reveals two sides.  Usually it is either the dark side or the light side.  So think about America as more light is shown on the following subject.
From Volpe: “The judges in Sandra Grazzini-Rucki’s criminal and family court case may have previously fixed cases for her ex-husband, raising further doubts about the fairness of their rulings.
The Netflix Tax: Coming to a Screen Near You
Leave a comment
Let’s hope you were able to get in all your binge watching before the new year, as online streaming entertainment may very well be the next thing that we enjoy slapped with a tax.
Many cities across the country have found that taxes from utilities have taken a hit with the rise in the number of people who have decided to “cut the cord” from cable companies. During the second quarter of 2016 alone, over 812,000 people cancelled their paid television subscriptions and switched to various streaming services like Netflix, Hulu, and SlingTV, which only require internet access.
As that telecom tax revenue continues to fall off, cities across the country are losing approximately $50 dollars (much more in larger cities) per cable subscriber in tax. Accordingly, lawmakers have discovered a brand new source of revenue in digital entertainment.
It’s called the “Netflix tax,” and it is beginning to be included as part of different cities’ amusement, sales, and, in some cases, even utilities tax.
Scotts-Monsanto GM Grass Threatens National Forests, Rivers, Ranchers, and Farmers
Now biotech companies want local residents to pay the costs of clean-up! Action Alert!
Over a decade ago, Scotts partnered with Monsanto to market a GM bentgrass resistant to glyphosate (Roundup). It was planted next to the Malheur National Forest in test plots ostensibly controlled by Oregon State University. Unbeknownst to most people, it was also planted all over the US—in California, Iowa, Maryland, Pennsylvania, and seventeen other states.
It was supposed to be confined and controlled, but it very quickly escaped and spread out of the test plots in Oregon into Idaho, and crossbred with natural grasses to create new breeds that were also resistant to glyphosate. It clogged up irrigation ditches, threatening food crops and contaminating pasture-raised cattle with GMOs. In addition to the immediate threats to farmers and ranchers, grass seed—which is among Oregon’s top five commodities—is now under threat.
Initially, Scotts-Monsanto tried to stop the spread and clean up the contamination. But it was unable to do so because the original bentgrass (and now the other grasses it cross-pollinated with) are glyphosate-resistant. More toxic herbicides have been brought in to try to keep irrigation ditches clear, and to stop the grasses from clogging and eventually killing waterways important to wildlife and humans.
Now, according to The Oregonian, Scotts-Monsanto is walking away from the monster it created, leaving farmers, ranchers, wildlife, and eventually the fishing industry (if it spreads to the Columbia River) to deal with it. The current conundrum is that herbicides necessary to kill the invasive GM grasses are toxic to aquatic life, including fish. Soon the grasses will become resistant to even the most toxic chemicals, and nothing will eradicate the invasive grasses but heavy equipment.
Worst of all, the effects of GM products replacing natural grasses and plants on wildlife were completely predictable.
Scotts-Monsanto was fined $500,000, the maximum penalty under the Plant Protection Act, and agreed never to sell GM bentgrass. In addition, the companies were ordered to eradicate the GM nuisance in irrigation districts so farmers could continue farming.
But the federal government is apparently stepping in to help Scotts-Monsanto avoid liability. The US Department of Agriculture (USDA) recently deregulated the GM grass, a move that shifts the burden of controlling GM bentgrass from Scotts-Monsanto to local landowners and American taxpayers.
The law is clear: if a plant poses a risk, the USDA is not to deregulate it. Scotts-Monsanto has already signed an agreement not to sell the product. So why is the USDA violating the law and deregulating GM bentgrass? Why would Scotts-Monsanto ask that it be deregulated when it has agreed not to sell it? It may be because GM bentgrass has been planted all over the United States, and when it’s discovered that the Oregon scenario is happening in every state, Scotts-Monsanto can pin it on the government and the taxpayers avoiding responsibility for costly clean-ups.
There are precedents for farmers and consumers holding biotech companies legally accountable in these scenarios. Midwestern corn growers filed a class-action lawsuit against Syngenta last year, claiming the company’s GM corn contaminated their crops and cost them billions in international sales. In 2011, Bayer paid $750 million to Southern rice growers in a similar scenario.
We hope justice is done in Oregon, and the parties responsible for this mess are forced to clean it up.
Action Alert! Tell the USDA to stop offering legal liability protection to biotech companies. Please send your message immediately.
DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE PAID OUT OVER ONE BILLION DOLLARS IN THE LAST 10 YEARS FOR VIOLATIONS
BY: COREY LEA
DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE PAID OUT OVER ONE BILLION DOLLARS IN THE LAST 10 YEARS FOR VIOLATIONS; LESS THAN 2 PERCENT PAID TO BLACK FARMERS THAT HAVE 98 PERCENT OF PENDING CLAIMS
https://jfund.fms.treas.gov/jfradSearchWeb/JFPymtSearchAction.do
The USDA takes great pride in systemic discrimination and have been very effective in not paying for such egregious acts. Over the last 10 years, the USDA has paid over One Billion in claims filed for violations of law, but they have managed to pay less than 2 percent to Black Farmers who represent 98 percent of the pending claims.
The Administrative Procedures Act is a law enacted by Congress to give the Agency a chance to correct its own actions. However, the Agency has instructed the Administrative Law Judge and Judicial Officer to deny all claims by Black Farmers and minimize claims against White Farmers.
Of the One Billion paid by the Judgment Fund, the Administrative Law Judge only awarded 10 Million on settlements over the last 10 years. The reasons for this strategy or position taken, to deny formal hearing on the merits, is so that the complainants can not get all of the records to substantiate their claims if they file a suit against the agency in federal court. The Department of Justice has been very good at getting suits dismissed due to lack of evidence to substantiate claims.
The most common discrimination claim against the Department is Equal Credit Opportunity Act, a tort for discrimination. To be victorious in that claim, a claimant must provide proof of similarly situated White Farmers getting the same or similar favorable treatment in regards to loans. It is virtually impossible to provide such information. However, Congress mandated that the Agency must provide a copy of those records, which include similarly situated White Farmers in the records, found in the expressed language of section 14012 of the Food Energy and Conservation Act or 2008 Farm Bill. The Courts, in most cases, are not following the law and dismissing these discrimination actions by Black Farmers without the benefit of discovery or compelling the records as Congress mandated.
No, The only meaningful split of historic importance today is between globalists (those who favor world despotic, top-to-base control ultimately by self-chosen leaders, often shadowy, predestinated by incomparable wealth and established connections, and anti-globalists who favor each individual being reliant in so far as possible on his/her own mind and participating together as full citizens. Arguments from authority and intimidation and support vaccine propaganda
A recent AP article attempts to present Donald Trump and Robert F. Kennedy as Kooks for talking about an investigation of the efficacy and safety of vaccines
The article titled, “Trump asks skeptic to probe vaccine safety, alarming doctors” is a carefully crafted vacuous “Argument From Authority and Intimidation” defending the $41 billion dollar a year vaccine industry from any reasonable attempt to independently and reputably investigate the safety and efficacy of vaccines.
The Associate Press presents Donald Trump’s willingness to question and even investigate the effects and safety of vaccines as “reviving long debunked attempts to link vaccines to autism.” The Associated Press (AP), presenting Donald Trump’s meeting with Robert F. Kennedy Jr., to discuss chairing a commission on vaccination safety, as the act of an ignorant naive who has neglected to read Big Pharma’s bible and last word on vaccine safety and its connection to Autism.
Policy specifics aside for a moment (although, as they say, the devil is in the details), the meme enunciated by the US Democratic Party under Obama has been best encapsulated in phalanx of single words, like Brotherhood and Inclusion. Party-line liberals (of which I could easily have been misconstrued as one myself until the Mafia-like character of the party apparatus fully materialized during the still-recent primaries) give every indication even now of continuing to believe themselves the unique bearers of sweetness and light to the world. But a simple look at the record of late has come to indicate the exact opposite. Acceptance? Forget it. If you, as a left-out working class person, or identifying with same, decided to spurn the conniving, greedy old woman installed as nominee over they party rank-and-file’s more promising, and therefore popular choice, then you don’t qualify for consideration. Because, thievery is no excuse for rejection. More
HOPE FOR TOMORROW: AMERICAN SCHOOLS
 It is no secret that failing American schools, as a whole, has been influenced for decades by the hard progressive left and what exactly was the fruit that came from this diseased tree?
Let’s take a look.
One source in 2015, the Washington Post, tells us the following with regard to students.
“Surely one reason why so many Americans lack writing skills is that, for decades, most U.S. schools failed to teach them. Back in 2011, a nationwide test found that only 24 percent of the students in 8th and 12th grades were proficient in writing, and just 3 percent were advanced…The Education Trust recently studied more than 1,200 middle school writing assignments to see whether they aligned with the Common Core standard and faulted them in part because they didn’t require students to write at length.”  We are talking short and medium essays.
The US Department of Justice issues a report on vaccine injuries and deaths every quarter.
There are 211 cases for vaccine injuries that made it to the Department of Justice acknowledged as a vaccine injury. That’s 211 severe injuries and deaths for the period 5/16/2015 through 8/15/2015.
86 of the settlements were listed in this report, giving the name of the vaccines, the injury, and the amount of time the case was pending before settlement.
65 of the 86 settlements were for injuries and deaths due to the flu shot, and the majority of flu shot injuries were for Guillain-Barré Syndrome (GBS).
These quarterly reports on vaccine injuries and death settlements from the U.S. vaccine court are not reported in the mainstream media.
cc43913c-e38e-47a0-98a4-1f2fd4b67dfd-medium   Why is the contemporary world so continuously roiled up and kept in perpetual high anxiety and loathing of others? Is it, as American and Western European exceptionalists and militarists have always insisted, that American and western “civilization” even before that are continually confronted by the latest designated diabolical enemy, always bent on destroying us good and peaceable folks and our kindly nation(s)? Such has been stoutly held and told us since at least the days of jolly old King Richard the Lionhearted, King Philip, the scourge of New England, on down through the Kaiser, Hitler and Stalin, Osama, and now Putin and ISIS (or is it ISIL after all?), Syria not being considered big enough for the role. Anybody, in other words, to keep the fear level and the “defense” levies high enough for us to “preemptively” terrorize the world and intimidate and harass our so-called friends, who surely know better. Where does the real blame belong with regard to what transpired in the last 8 years of the Obama dictatorship?  It lies not only with Obama but also the deceitful puppet masters of Saudi Arabia, the Rothschild’s, the Rockefeller’s, the czars of the federal agencies,
members of Congress, lobbyists, the Clinton regime, Hollyweird, anti-Christian agendas and pro Islam favoritism.  It was all fast & furious but it is coming to an end, like  all rogue insurgencies that finally do.  Now we must look to a recovery mode.
    We don’t need anymore kingdoms, corporate Lords, czars of the agencies, biased judges or dictators that are appointed or “elected”into a federal, state, city or a county office.  We just need leadership that encourages prayer, and observes one nation under God, the Bill of Rights and the U.S. Constitution.  Leaders need to be loyal and sold out to those who are of the working class who fit the bill and who are already paying their fair share and more, all the while, they are toiling very hard at what they do to make a dollar and a decent living.
Operation mockingbird has been active almost since the inception of TV. IT is said that at least half the employees of any major news source are CIA operatives that wash the news so you only hear what they want you to hear just the way they want you to hear it. More
As one with no access to inside information, but arguably of sound mind and with a propensity for paying attention and seeking reality, here’s what I make of the Obama administration’s and others’ attacks on Russia and Putin particularly for interference in the recent U.S. presidential selection. I draw this conclusion as no Republican and, as of now, no Democrat. Apologies in advance for the seriously, indefensibly long sentences – that’s the way I think. If I had a day or two to chop them down…
1)The administration, media, and Democrats in general and certainly all good, “right-thinking” Americans and globalist elitists are so stunned and undone by Hillary Clinton’s election loss to the uncontrollable Mr. Donald J. Trump, whom they thought they had sufficiently demonized to prevent even the least possibility of his winning, that they conclude there must have occurred some awful contamination or sabotage of their right-intentioned side’s rightful and accustomed control process, which had always worked before as planned at securing a desirable outcome.
