The sovereign states of the West are no more and States Rights are gone. They have been lost to a conniving and corrupt federal bureaucracy that is intent upon filescacoaali_002establishing their own land baron footprint through a maze of un-constitutional and environmental legalism that is meant to isolate western lands for the purpose of controlling people, water, precious minerals, oil and wood products.

And while livelihoods are destroyed, thriving communities become ghost towns and families relocate for the sake of their own survival. But, let’s not forget, it is being done by design, compliments of Washington D.C. which now lords their authority over the western states without listening to the voice of the people. Federal agency “hearings” are but superficial and are a staged formality that is only meant as a sideshow.

Now, let’s just look on the map at the State of Nevada which is right next to California and see how much “sovereignty” is left. The Bundy family and the rest of the other Nevadians know the score. It’s the same game plan that mother Russia and the Soviet Union used on the Ukraine in 1933 when 7 million men, women and children lost their livelihoods and were forced into starvation and died under the tyrannical rule of Joseph Stalin.

Now then in Utah, for example, there is over 66 percent of the land that is claimed by unelected federal bureaucrats who exercise police power over much more of Utah than even the governor, state legislators, and county commissioners do. Citizens of Utah are routinely entangled in vast federal bureaucracies when it comes to issues. They must deal with the Bureau of Land Management, the National Forest Service, the EPA, and a host of other federal bureaus, agencies, etc. Routine local land-management issues quite literally become federal cases.

One government — the federal government — has complete jurisdiction over all the concerns of public life in over 66 percent of the state, exposing Utah citizens to solidified “arbitrary power” in a way that no citizen of New York State, for example, ever encounters.

To further understand the original intent of the Framers…the powers then “in the ordinary course of affairs were meant to concern the lives, liberties, and properties of the people” and were held mostly by local and more accountable governments rather than a distant federal bureaucracy. The Federalist No. 45, at 293 (J. Madison).

The independent power of the States also serves as a check on the power of the Federal government: “By denying any one government complete jurisdiction over all the concerns of public life, federalism protects the liberty of the individual from arbitrary power.” Bond v. United States, 131 S. Ct. 2355, 2364 (2011) “Federalism” defined here means shared power between the federal government and the states.

But what has been the implications of centralized federal government upon the western states and their arbitrary encroachment? It is tyranny and extortion by none other than the Washington D.C. elites.

Example; In San Juan County, Utah, homes have been raided by heavily armed Bureau of Land Management agents while even one of the county commissioners was prosecuted and sentenced to ten days in prison and fined $96,000.00 for riding an all-terrain vehicle on a county water-line-maintenance road that had been unilaterally closed down by the feds.

There are numerous solutions to deal with a rogue and out of control federal government which runs rough shod over the people using these unconstitutional and unelected bureaucracies. It will only be a matter of time when “we the people” will take our lands back and will then choose which road to go down with our All Terrain Vehicles;(ATV’s)

It’s just around the corner but it just might end up being a really wild ride. Hang on tight because we the people are on a mission.
