Five out of five judicial reviews found that Maryanne had the right to defend her home and child. That the prosecution refuses to end this attack is ample proof that she is being persecuted. This case really puts psychiatrists and the pharmaceuticals on trial because they tried to do something that they had no right to do.”
Once Again, Prosecutors have attempted to bring criminal charges against Detroit mother Maryanne Godboldo. And once again, they have failed.

The U.S. Chamber of Commerce (“Chamber”) has declared a war against whistleblowers! It has released a report, “Fixing the False Claims Act: the Case For Compliance-Focused Reforms,” setting forth proposals to strip millions of Americans from coverage under the Act, limit damages, increase the burden of proof on demonstrating fraud and establishing barriers to block employees from contacting the Justice Department. Taken together, the Chamber’s “reforms” would completely undermine the False Claims Act.
With its report in hand, the Chamber has commenced an extensive lobbying effort to amend the FCA. Its first step has apparently succeeded. The Chamber pressured the House Judiciary Committee to hold a hearing to present the Chamber’s proposals.

Opposition to the Common Core State Standards is growing
Four states — Texas, Virginia, Alaska, and Nebraska — have not adopted the Common Core State Standards for public school curricula and testing. Minnesota chose to adopt only the English standards and declined the Mathematics standards.
Nine states which had previously adopted the Standards — Missouri, Kansas, Michigan, Georgia, Indiana, Pennsylvania, Alabama, South Carolina, Utah — are having second thoughts about it in one form or another. For example, in Missouri:
HB 616 “Prohibits the State Board of Education from adopting and implementing the standards for public schools developed by the Common Core Standards Initiative” was introduced by Representative Kurt Bahr (R-102) although it did not come to a vote during the legislative session just ended.
SB 210 “Requires the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education to hold public meetings in each congressional district on the Common Core State Standards” was introduced by Senator John Lamping (R-24) although it did not come to a final vote during the legislative session just ended.
In May, the Texas House of Representatives voted 140-2 to pass language prohibiting Texas from participating in the standards. Texas, however, has never adopted the standards and likely will not.
One flaw of Common Core seems to be around the assessment tests, and the maxim that “what gets tested gets taught.”
Critics also say that the whole Common Core effort is a backdoor way of establishing a national school curriculum, taking educational decisions away from the states. Amendment X to the Constitution of the United States, states that, “The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.” This is taken to mean, in this context, that a national educational curriculum mandate is in violation of the Constitution. Of course, proponents of Common Core point out that these Standards are developed and run by the states, not by the federal government. On the other hand, opponents of Common Core consider it as an end-run around having a federally mandated curriculum; in other words, while it is not officially a federal mandate, there are most certainly federal incentives (read “federal dollars”) for those states who implement it. More

Most veterans get most of their medical care from private doctors through Medicare or private insurance. Just think what those secret waiting lists would be like if they didn’t!
Still, a VA-like system for all has been proposed as a replacement for our unsustainable current system—at least until the recent scandals broke.
One enormous difference between the VA and Medicare is that veterans are free to go elsewhere—if they pay privately. Some veterans use their VA doctor only to get free medications.
Medicare patients, on the other hand, are trapped. There is virtually no private coverage available to persons over 65 to replace Medicare—President Lyndon Johnson wiped it out to prevent competition with “his” beloved system. There are only policies to “supplement” Medicare. And Medicare patients can’t just pay out of pocket for a “covered” service they can’t get otherwise, say because the Medicare-allowed price is too low—unless they see a doctor who is opted out of Medicare or disenrolled. For doctors, Medicare is all or nothing, so most doctors are still enrolled.
Most people don’t care about that—not yet. Who would want to pay for something that is free?
So it’s a good idea to look at those “free” (taxpayer-paid) VA services.More

I realize my views on this are not politically correct, but I refuse to sit silently as so many others do who hold the same views as I do, out of fear that those driven insane by religious mysticism and magical thinking and a perverse interpretation of scripture, will attack. And they will. And those attacks, composed of profane language, vicious verbal assaults, remarks so filthy that it shocks the mind, will all come from people , many of whom are “born again”, who are so-called “Christians” professing some kind of relationship with their God.The most vile and horrendous remarks I have ever seen posted on public venues have come from individuals who claim a personal relationship with “God”.
Pedophilia is a very sad and disturbing topic, but in order to stop it, it must be exposed. Child sex rings are prevalent in the very top levels of power. It is important to understand this because those in power shape our laws, our culture and our world. The sick power elites who are involved pedophilia also use it to extort others who participate in it, such as elected officials.
Currently, there are several high profile cases coming to light in the UK.
The most well-known case involves new accusations against the late Jimmy Savile, the entertainer who was exposed as a prolific rapist and child molester who abused as many as 1000 victims. Savile was knighted by Queen Elizabeth and was honored by the Pope for his volunteer work at hospitals. However, reports are emerging that he was raping children and sick people at the hospitals and engaging in necrophilia. No one stood up to him when he was alive because he was famous and connected.
Scotland Yard is investigating a separate case that is known as ‘Operation Fernbridge’, which has links to high-level politicians who engaged in pedophilia in the 1980’s. And as many as 20 of them still hold office. The investigation was reopened after a whistleblower came forward. The coverup lasted for decades because people wanted to keep their jobs. The National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children will carry out investigation into the coverup, but they fall under suspicion because Jimmy Savile raised funds for the organization.
It’s interesting to note that the police were so successful in catching the low-level pornography criminals, but the privileged and connected pedophiles who physically hurt children are enjoying freedom and privacy.

WASHINGTON, D.C. — Committed to ensuring the continued vitality of the Sixth Amendment’s guarantee to a jury trial in criminal cases, attorneys for The Rutherford Institute have asked the U.S. Supreme Court to hear the case of Ball et al. v. United States. In asking the Court to hear the case in which a jury found three men not guilty of conspiracy drug charges, only to have the judge ignore their ruling and sentence them as harshly as if they had been found guilty, Institute attorneys argue for the need to restore the role of the jury from a minimal one to a central role. Moreover, Rutherford Institute attorneys point out that the Sixth Amendment requires that all persons charged with criminal offenses should only be put at risk for increased punishment and imprisonment on the basis of facts found by a jury of their peers employing the venerable “beyond a reasonable doubt” standard. The Rutherford Institute’s amicus brief in Ball, et al. v. United States, is available at www.rutherford.org.
“This alarmingly common practice by unelected federal judges of considering charges that criminal defendants were not convicted of during sentencing usurps the role of the jury and violates the constitutional right of citizens to be judged by a jury of their peers,” said John W. Whitehead, president of The Rutherford Institute and author of A Government of Wolves: The Emerging American Police State. “The very idea that judges could be allowed to discard the sound decisions of the jury in favor of their own determination of the facts runs contrary to the principles embodied in the Sixth Amendment, and to the very idea of a trial by a jury of our peers.”
In filing a brief in support of the petitioners in Ball et al. v. United States, Rutherford Institute attorneys have asked the Supreme Court to review the practice in federal courts that allows judges to consider “relevant conduct” that a defendant was found not guilty of by a jury of his peers, for the purpose of sentencing enhancements decided on by a judge. The case arises out of an incident involving three men, Ball, Jones and Thurston, who were charged in the District of Columbia with conspiracy to distribute cocaine, racketeering, firearms offenses and with selling a “street level” quantity of cocaine. After an eight-month trial involving 106 witnesses, the jury convicted the three of selling very small quantities of drugs but acquitted them of the conspiracy charge. At the urging of the government at sentencing, the judge set the defendants’ sentences as if they were involved in the criminal conspiracy as charged, resulting in a quadrupling of the defendants’ sentences, increasing one defendant’s sentence from less than 3 years to over 16 years. The defendants appealed their sentences to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia, but the sentences were affirmed.
In May 2014, the defendants filed a petition for writ of certiorari with the U.S. Supreme Court asserting that the judge’s use of acquitted conduct in sentencing violated their Sixth Amendment right to a jury trial in a criminal case. In supporting the defendants’ petition, The Rutherford Institute’s amicus curiae brief points out that precedent allowing a sentencing judge to ignore the factual findings of the jury is contrary to the historic role and purpose of trial by jury as embodied in the Magna Carta and the Sixth Amendment. Those documents allow imprisonment for crimes only upon the judgment and finding of a “jury of one’s peers.”

While screaming that they have no money nor room for former free equines the BLM announced last week that they are going to rip yet another 2,500 equines from their rightful homes and virtually “zero out” or totally destroy several long standing Wyoming herds.More
After the massive backlash over the attempts to establish national, government owned herds of all kinds of livestock, which began in 2008, and raged on for several years, the USDA finally admitted defeat and backed off. At least publicly. Behind the scenes the efforts continued to find that one thing that would give them a foothold in establishing the National Animal Identification System. (NAIS ) Bingo! We got your handy dandy horses that can be used to get the ball rolling!
I have waited for someone to come out and say that “only the wild ones” will be tracked and tagged, and sure enough someone did. The problem with this is that the Bureau of Land Management, the agency charged with caring for, managing and protecting the wild herds, has been responsible for the slaughter of most of them. Very few of our wild horses, and even burros are left. Yet to hear the BLM tell it, there are untold hundreds of thousands of them on the herd management areas (HMA), and they are throwing litters of foals every year! That’s if you take the fabricated “scientific evidence” to heart and never ask why few of these animals can be located and when you can locate them they are on the back of a truck headed for slaughter plants in Mexico and Canada.
Clearly this effort to tag and track equines is a case of taking the path of least resistance. Especially when the BLM has been so successful in convincing ranchers that if they just get on the band wagon demanding the slaughter of the wild horses…why…….there would be just that much more land available for welfare grazing permits! With the cattlemen and the beef producers soundly behind the NAIS for horses, there should be little resistance from cattle producers, or at least not what it was when they were trying to steal their herds a few years back.
A word of caution: IF USDA is successful in forcing tracking on equines, it will be small potatoes to establish NAIS for ALL livestock. After all, equines are not even considered a food source in the US. But those cattle are as are other livestock herds.
This will be like watching someone shooting themselves in the foot, over, and over, and over…………
I’m getting too old for all of this. I didn’t serve my country to see it handed over to a country that will turn on us at the drop of a hat if they think we have what they might want.
I can’t even enjoy my morning coffee with my friends at the local café because half of them are quoting the bible and claiming God will punish us if we don’t support Israel, the other half are screaming bloody murder (literally) over the slaughter of the Palestinians while we watch. I am giving up on religion because I think everyone involved in it is demonstrating publicly that they are mentally incompetent. They have been brainwashed since childhood into believing the most ridiculous of stories based on magic, mysticism, invisible beings, and the hope that if they just say the right things, believe in things that common sense tells them cannot possibly be true, somehow they will gain entry into an invisible utopia and get to meet their lifelong invisible “friend”. I was one of them. I know what I speak. In today’s world, this magical thinking has allowed many of these uber-religious people to become enthralled at the idea of slaughtering the Palestinians.
Ask yourself what kind of “Christian” you are that this would be what your “God” would want?
After all, weren’t the Jewish people picked on throughout history? Didn’t they suffer through the Holocaust? Yes, they were and they did. But apparently being given a parcel of land that belonged historically to someone else, was not enough. Since that gift was bestowed on them, they have launched more than 300 attacks against neighboring countries. They have antagonized, threatened, attacked, harassed, bombed every country around them, and generally caused upheaval in the region. But its all good: they are God’s chosen people. Really…..
While the US government tried to drum up support for attacking Syria for “human rights” violations, and subsequently tried to find a way to insert our military into the Ukraine uprising, Israel continued its genocide of the Palestinians. And our government and numerous so-called “Christian” churches have cheered them on. From what the boys at the café told me, their God loves nothing more than blood and lots of it.
I have to ask the question: What God is it that you believe in that would condone, desire or enjoy the massacre of an entire population in order to be satisfied?
These are my friends, some I served with in the military. While some of them may suffer from ptsd, I think I must be suffering from ptrd……….post traumatic religious disorder. Enough of this foolishness. Enough with the magical thinking. I think I need to find a new invisible friend, one who doesn’t play favorites and one who doesn’t relish the idea of bloody conflagrations.
As a country we have attacked and destroyed, Iraq, Afghanistan, and Libya in just the past decade. While we claim love of God and country, we assist, encourage, and help fund the complete destruction of the Palestinians at the hands of the Israeli’s. From the pulpits of mega churches and even small community churches we are told that the Jewish people are God’s chosen people. Even if this were true, and at this point in time I do have my doubts, the problem appears to be that no one said what God might have chosen them for.
Meanwhile, our government in collusion with Israel, continues to paint Hamas, as a terrorist organization. This is kind of like pointing out the speck in your neighbor’s eye, while ignoring the timber in your own. Is the Israeli Mossad not equally as terroristic if not more so? Why have we not labeled them as a terrorist group? Why is no one prosecuted for funding a known terrorist organization known as the Mossad?
Oh! I forgot myself there for a minute. Israel is our friend. The Israeli’s are God’s favorites. When the Israeli’s commit genocide, murder, and attack others its all okay.
“Remember it is the mental health “guessperts” that tell people who suffering from mental illness that the drugs they prescribe actually “treat” the disorder. If that’s true, why would there be any problem with mentally ill people owning a firearm, so long as they’re getting the appropriate “treatment?”
The Ct.Post.com website ran an article yesterday titled, Sandy Hook Study Dragging, which on its face is one of the most biased and misinformed articles of “news” this writer has seen in some time.
As is so typical of the reporting in Connecticut, the Ct.Post.com uses the Sandy Hook shooting as an excuse to attack the gun lobby and cheerlead for increased mental health services in the state. The problem with this self-serving reporting is that there is absolutely no proof that Sandy Hook shooter, Adam Lanza, lacked good mental health services.
In fact, according to the records that have been made available, Lanza received abundant mental health care throughout his life. The problem for the Ct.Post.com, and other Connecticut “news” organizations, is that it hasn’t read the investigation of the shooting incident.More

Thank you to whistleblower Patrick Williams: “They more or less wanted to sweep it under the rug,” Williams said in an interview. “They were telling me to change things they didn’t want to see in the record and not to record information that tribal members might want to see as part of a repatriation request.”
A Department of Interior agency is being investigated for breaking the law. We need to wait to find out the results of the investigation, but it is of concern that databases and spreadsheets could be, and may have been, altered within the Department of Interior. Sally Jewell, what assurances do American taxpayers have that this isn’t a widespread practice? What steps can you take to make sure this doesn’t happen?
Agency accused of violating law on remains, relics

ALBUQUERQUE, — An independent federal agency is calling for an investigation into allegations that U.S. officials ignored a law requiring them to catalog, preserve and ultimately return human remains and relics to American Indian tribes.
The U.S. Office of Special Counsel has directed the Interior Department to investigate whether U.S. Bureau of Reclamation officials have violated the Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act while managing collections of remains and artifacts amassed during the construction and management of dams and waterways throughout California and parts of Nevada and Oregon.
A whistleblower complained that the bureau in Sacramento erased records within an Interior Department database and altered spreadsheets in an effort to hide mismanagement of collections under the agency’s control, resulting in hundreds of remains and artifacts being lost, boxed up for storage or loaned to museums and universities without the ability to track them.
The watchdog group Public Employees for Environmental Responsibility told The Associated Press on Wednesday that it hopes the inquiry will be expanded to cover more agencies and more parts of the West.
“These are relics that do not belong to the American government,” said Jeff Ruch, the group’s executive director. “The point of the law is they belong to the tribes from which they came. If these were your ancestors’ remains and they were boxed up someplace where you couldn’t get any information about them, you’d be pretty angry.”
A spokesman with the Bureau of Reclamation’s Mid-Pacific office could not immediately comment, saying he was unaware of the whistleblower’s case and the call for an investigation.
The federal government’s handling of Native American remains and artifacts has been criticized for years. Following a critical report by the Government Accountability Office in 2010, the Interior Department asked for more money and at least eight years to bolster compliance with the law.
But progress has been slow and frustrating, and communication with tribes is still lacking, said D. Bambi Kraus, a spokeswoman for the National Association of Tribal Historic Preservation Officers. “It’s encouraging that this is being investigated,” she said.
A filing with the Office of Special Counsel shows Patrick Williams, who used to work as a museum specialist in archaeology in the bureau’s Mid-Pacific office, raised concerns with his supervisors that the agency was not complying with the law’s requirements once it stopped keeping detailed records of remains and relics. He also said the office was not filling out the proper paperwork when loaning out artifacts, essentially making the items untraceable.
The office routinely failed to notify tribes of long-stored and newly uncovered remains and funerary objects, Williams said. Some of the collections date back to the 1970s, when the federal government was building the New Melones dam and reservoir in California.
“They more or less wanted to sweep it under the rug,” Williams said in an interview. “They were telling me to change things they didn’t want to see in the record and not to record information that tribal members might want to see as part of a repatriation request.”
Williams said his supervisors told him creating detailed files of the remains and artifacts to comply with the law was “too complicated and required too much time and effort.” He said his concerns resulted in hostility and threats of termination.
“I’m not about to break the law for anybody, and they wanted me to go along with it,” Williams said. “I would rather step out, and that’s what I did.”
A combination of budget cuts and the low priority assigned by bureau managers resulted in responsibilities under the law falling by the wayside, Williams said.
While it’s unclear how widespread the compliance problem is, Public Employees for Environmental Responsibility said it wouldn’t be surprised if similar things were happening elsewhere given that budget shortfalls and other priorities are challenges found throughout the agency.
“This is a statutory duty they feel they can ignore,” Ruch said. “The most important part is tribes aren’t being consulted, so there’s nothing to prevent this from going on for years and years.”
The Office of Special Counsel has given the Interior Department 60 days to investigate the allegations and report back.

Israel has authorized calling 40,000 reserve troops for active ground duty as the government considers a ground invasion of Gaza.
Israel has been bombing Gaza since June 29th in heavy airstrikes, in response to rockets shot across the border by Hamas. Israel is vowing to stamp out rocket attacks with more bombs and has ruled out a cease-fire at this time.
Here is a synopsis of how this current mess got started:
Three Israeli teenage boys were reported kidnapped on June 12, 2014 in the West Bank. Their bodies were discovered on June 30th. Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu immediately blamed Hamas, even though the incident occurred near the West Bank which is governed by the Palestinian Authority (PA), not Hamas. Hamas operates in Gaza.
Netanyahu said that Hamas would pay. Hamas denied the charges of kidnapping the boys. Israel has failed to present specific evidence against Hamas.
There was no strategic benefit for Hamas to kill the three Israeli boys.
Israel censored the media from reporting on a phone call from the boys the night that they went missing.
Israeli police received a phone call from 16-year-old Gilad Shaar, one of the kidnapped boys, on June 12th. The call was recorded and gunshots could be heard in the background after the abductor told them to put their heads down. The police claim that they thought the call was a prank.
Why would Israel ban the media from reporting on the phone call that indicated the boys were dead?
Critics say that Israel used the opportunity over the next 18 days before the bodies were discovered to arrest more than 400 Palestinians and to conduct aggressive searches on 1300 sites, including homes in the West Bank. The recent “Hobby Lobby” Supreme Court decision defended the rights of the owners of a company to refuse to fund a health plan that covered abortifacient “contraceptives.” The Hobby Lobby owners argued that such medications violated deeply held religious beliefs. So for now, by a disturbingly close 5-to-4 vote, the Supreme Court has asserted that government has no right to force business owners to violate their conscience—provided that the business is “closely held.” More

The active attack on public education through the Common Core curriculum has now taken one giant step forward as Minnesota and other states passed aggressive mental health laws directed at our children. Several additional public schools in the state will now have [mental health] clinics on site as the programs become established; clinics that will be used to aggressively label the greatest number of children possible as having one or more mental disorders. Tied to these bills are massive government subsidies and other targeted funding.
In other words, our children will be traded for dollars regardless of the lifelong damage that will be the result from the assessment of fictional mental disorders; an assessment which will follow them for the rest of their lives whether real or just imagined by a mental health provider. Many will become dependent on the highly addictive psychotropic drugs known as neuroleptics and will suffer from a myriad of adverse side affects.

This federal level project would have been more aptly titled “schools collecting allocated money for kids”, or the SCAMkids project.

Under Common Core, Effrem said, students’ personal information increasingly is being collected, measured and assessed while the standards shift the focus away from academics and toward psychological training and testing of personal attitudes and behaviors. “
Under five-year grant contracts with the department, 36 mental health organizations will provide school-linked mental health services to approximately 35,000 students in more than 800 schools across 257 school districts and 82 counties by 2018. More than half of those students will receive mental health services for the first time.
Why does that statement make me cringe? Maybe its the unfettered access to more than 35,000 students and the ensuing data mining that will also be relentlessly conducted, and stored in permanent lifetime files for easy access by insurance companies, federal and state agencies and eventual employers.
