Note:  There is NO federal mandate for Smart Meters.  The system is set up through PURPA, and is an OPT-IN system.  You must be offered and ACCEPT the meters, or request them.  There is no requirement for you to OPT-OUT.   Forced installation under threat of harsh punishment or extortion is malfeasance of office.  This means that your county commissioners, city councils, and public utility representatives have misused their office to cause you intentional harm under threat and coercion.

Dear Mr. Thiesfeldt:

I became aware of your bill – LRB-0644/2 to ensure that Wisconsin residents can opt-out of having a “smart meter” on their property.  I would very much like to see everyone in the state have the ability to opt out without risking the power/water/gas company shutting their service down, as it is right now.

I have many friends and contacts in Wisconsin, and we’re wondering what we can do to help.  I was also wondering where to see a status of the bill so we can monitor its progress.  I’m a little unfamiliar with how that works in Wisconsin.

In my business, the number one complain I hear from my customers is smart meters.  Not just from Wisconsin, but from all over North America.  Headaches, dizziness, “brain fog,” sleeping problems, trouble concentrating, chronic pain, heart palpitations, and ringing in the ears are some of the most common complaints I hear.  Many people had no idea a “smart meter” was placed on their house, and then only after suffering months and months or in some cases years, they found out they had a smart meter and that it was placed on their house the same time the symptoms started.

I’ve had customers who lost family members, and I’ve had customers who didn’t even complain about a digital meter, but while talking to them I could tell they seemed distracted/bothered – not fully attentive/present.  They couldn’t focus.  This has happened quite a few times.

This is my 6th year in business, and the smart meter complains have been steadily increasing every single year.  It greatly saddens me when I hear these stories, and my heart goes out to those suffering.  Sometimes they are so ill/debilitated that they feel helpless/powerless and don’t know what to do.  As for me, I’d rip that thing off my house immediately.  But some people are scared of the utilities or scared of the “authorities” in their area.

A few people saying it is one thing, a handful of people is another and could be attributed to psychosomatic/fear.  I’ve spoken to hundreds of people.  And they only represent a small portion of the probably tens of thousands of people who have identified the smart meter as what’s causing them health problems.  Numerous customers have also reported having opted out of the “smart meter” and having their utility company (this was in other states) put on a non-wireless-transmitting digital meter – another type of digital meter – and that made them just as ill or more ill.  This indicates the “dirty electricity” which is what the switch-mode power supply in the meter generates and puts on all the wiring in the building, on the grid, and which likewise radiates out into the air. I’m sharing this with you so that you’re aware of the dangers of the digital meters.   Hopefully it will help you with your legislation.

The pulsed digital wireless signal is very powerful, even though it is in short pulses.  The intensity of the pulses varies very rapidly, since it contains digital packets of information, and these quick variances along with the power density are particular harmful to animals/humans.  The wireless signal particularly affects the nervous system, causing neurological disorders, and the heart.  These systems run entirely on energy/electricity, and that’s why they’re so greatly affected.  These signals induce current into the body, and that’s something we can measure.  We can also measure the dirty electricity on the wiring, in the ground, and through the air with an oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, and other professional equipment.  It’s a very real thing, and mounds of research proves that artificial radiofrequency has significant health effects.  The World Health Organization recently classified radiofrequency as a class 2 possible carcinogen.

Even though I sell products that help people reduce exposure to the wireless signal and just as importantly the high frequency pollution these meters put onto the wiring, I’d much rather see all my customers have the ability to opt-out and have an ANALOG meter.  We always first and foremost recommend them getting rid of their digital utility meter(s).  We use the term analog meter to refer to the old-fashioned non-digital, non-electronic meters that have the little disc that spins around.  Those meters work great, they’re accurate, they’re environmentally friendly and last lifetimes, and they just say how much you’ve used in a month.  They are also safe and don’t generate dirty electricity or wireless signals.

When I fill up at the gas station, they don’t download information on how I use my gasoline.  They don’t know where I went, how long I stayed there, how fast I drove, how many stops I made, how many people were in my car, if I was on vacation, when I woke up/went to bed, etc.  They just know how much I am buying from them, and that’s all they need to know.  Likewise the electric, water, and natural gas utilities don’t need to know that additional information either.  People should be able to maintain and protect their privacy.

It’s also against federal law – wiretapping – to electronically collect and transmit data on someone’s private activities without their consent.  It’s amazing the people forcing these meters on others are getting away with it.  I guess it’s nice to have a monopoly for such vital products/services.  If I treated my customers like that, I’d be out of business.

Thank you for your efforts on this issue.  Sorry this email got a little long.  To reiterate, I’m representing multiple parties who would like to get involved and help this effort, and we’d really like to hear how we can help and what we can do.  Thank you very much!!

Sincerely,
