A Devil’s bargain: Pacific Southwest to become UN Bio-region

While we have been diverted with the governments plan to disarm us, that fine collection of corporatists, new world order advocates and United Nations servants have been busy using the federal register to implement United Nations Bio-regions within the United States.  While these land and resource thefts will be accompanied by some fluffy scripts about how they are saving the planet for future generations and how the federal government and the United Nations are the only ones able and willing to protect these vast resource rich areas, the fact is, the plans they have for these areas are have nothing to do with preservation or protection.  This is all about money and stealing from the states and their communities any and all resources that can be sold to corporations for massive profits.

Operating under the direction of the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), the Forestry Service has begun to establish bio-regions in accordance with United Nations demands, focused now on vast areas of forests in the Pacific Southwest.  These are forests that the government has made off-limits to local timber industry’s except for favored contractors, including timber stands located on private property, decimating many local communities and economies. It has also initiated the closing off of public access roads.

Us-wild

All of this was done supposedly to protect natural resources and prevent exploitation of the forests.  Yet if you read the Federal Land Management policy, you can clearly see that preserving the forests or the land is not even an issue.  This is land and resource theft from the states themselves, to profit a federally created and unlawful agency that has no real authority to do any of the things it does do.

The Federal Land Policy and Management Act (FLPMA) of 1976 (43 U.S.C. 1715, 1716), as amended, supplements the Weeks Act and General Exchange Acts (sec 20.1).

Exchanges permit great flexibility to trade anything that is an interest in real property.  The Forest Service can trade land, timber, oil, gas, minerals, road rights-of-way, scenic easements or development rights, buildings, power line rights-of-way, and/or other real property rights, including leasehold interests. Where is your outrage over the hundreds of thousands of deaths each year that result from FDA approved and declared safe, pharmaceuticals?  Where is your outrage and your demand for change regarding the drugging of our children and the elderly: many to the point of death.  Why are you not outraged over the use of psychotropic medications that cause suicidal and/or homicidal ideation in children deemed too young to be forced onto these drugs, and what is referred to as brainstorms that cause aggressive, violent and psychotic behavior?  Why are you not outraged and demanding change over the hundreds of thousands of deaths each year from the use of known toxic pharmaceuticals?

With sheriff’s across the country lining up, drawing a constitutional line in the proverbial sand, this will be an all out power struggle to retain the 2nd Amendment right to bear arms.   Homeland Security Terrorism Department is arming itself to the teeth in preparation for what can only be a potential attack on America; we need to preserve our 2nd Amendment.

What is missing from the gun debate?

Just imagine for a moment, that congress and the president and all his czars and UN buddies had to drugs_deespublicly acknowledge the hundreds and hundreds of thousands of deaths and injuries caused by toxic pharmaceuticals each year!  All approved safe and effective by the FDA!

Gun deaths accounted for in the FBI Uniform Crime Report, between 2006 and 2010 ,856 people were murdered in the U.S. by firearms.  Its unfortunate that we cannot get the FBI to do a Uniform Deadly Medication Report.

Total 2006-2010 deaths: 270,827 and, 1,702,973 serious injuries from toxic pharmaceuticals as reported on DrugWarFact.org , taken from the AERS [FDA’s Adverse Events Reporting System] Patient Outcomes by Year Causes of Death   (See graph below)

Guns vs Vioxx !!

In the period between 2001 and 2004, Vioxx, manufactured by Merck killed a hundred thousand individuals.  Actually the death toll from Vioxx is still rolling.

Conservative writer and activist Ron Unz  has concluded that data indicate that the death toll from Vioxx was closer to 500,000 just in 2004.

What?  No fake public polls saying the public was in favor of Vioxx control?

Did no one think to print up t-shirts with the slogan “I don’t want to be Vioxx’ed”? More

“No member of the Armed Forces of the United States may serve under the command of the United Nations.”

There are few of us commoners out here who have not come to the realization that the United States involvement in the United Nations is detrimental to our continued existence as a free and sovereign nation.  There is not one action, law, or mandate, not one unlawfully and fictionally created federal agency or program that does not have its roots in the United Nations.  The sole intent of the UN with regards to the United States, is the dismantling and deconstruction of our sovereignty and our subjugation to world government.

This bill was referred to the Committee on Foreign Affairs.  It will never see the light of day if we do not pressure the political mafia in the District of Criminals to act upon it.  In all likelihood they will never acknowledge this bill.  But those of us fighting back against this “one world government” movement coming out of the UN need to make ourselves heard.

This bill will not fix it all, but it sure would be a good start in the right direction!

In a telephone conversation with Jim Reeves, when asked about the 72 horses he bought as pack animals, he said “I’m told not to talk about this kind of stuff.”  He said “I can’t talk about this” and “That’s BLM business.”

Wild Horses sold to Kill Buyer by BLM Contractor

While the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) has been trying to convince the public that the BLM does not sell wild horses to slaughter, Wild Horse Freedom Federation has obtained proof that a BLM Long Term Holding contractor sold wild horses directly to kill buyer Joe Simon, who is well known for sending horses to slaughter, and who owns JS Ranch (“Farms”) in Perkins, Oklahoma.wh-nyt-roundup-kurt-golgart-blm_12-31-09

To give you a little background, the BLM uses lame excuses to remove wild horses from their federally protected Herd Management Areas while letting other “uses” take over.  For instance, BLM claims wild horses cause “degradation” to the range, but then allow oil and gas drilling (and fracking) on the same land.  The BLM uses helicopters to round up the wild horses, then puts the horses in short term holding facilities, maintenance facilities, and ultimately, ships horses to same-sex long term holding pastures, where the public is led to believe the horses spend the rest of their lives.

Jim Reeves and Lyle Anderson own Spur Livestock, and have a contract with the Bureau of Land Management for a long term holding pasture for wild horses on private lands within the Cheyenne River Sioux Reservation in South Dakota, as well as on Indian Trust Lands administered by the Bureau of Indian Affairs.  This facility is the Whitehorse Wild Horse Long Term Holding Facility.

Wild Horse Freedom Federation received records from the South Dakota Brand Board that reveal on 11/8/2008, while under contract with the BLM, “owner” Spur Livestock sold 34 horses with “BLM tattoos” to JS Farms, owned by kill buyer Joe Simon.

Animals Angels has written about kill buyer Joe Simon (scroll down to the 2nd article “What is the Price Tag for Suffering”) here                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           It is important to note that state brand boards do not “recognize” BLM freezemarks

(which BLM puts on the left side of wild horses’ necks after they are captured) as official “BRANDS,” so the state brand board inspectors may completely ignore the BLM freezemarks and instead, note that wild horses have “NO BRAND.” More

Let me say at the onset that doctors have saved my foot and my life in the past.  They’ve also damned near killed me.

The earliest bo-bo (pronounced bow-bow) I remember was jumping off a kitchen counter after my buddy and I had climbed up on it to get a cookie out of the cupboard. A half-pound coffee can with no rim set on the floor as a water dish for their cat. My heel came down in the middle of that can, and the can embedded itself in the ankle bone on both sides of my foot.

It’s hard to run with a coffee can stuck to the bottom of your foot. But not to scream.

I awoke  momentarily with my head in a lady’s lap in a pool of blood while another lady wrapped towels around my foot; remember the ether at the hospital and that’s all until I woke up in a hospital bed the next day with my foot in a cast.

I had to learn to walk again when they finally took the cast off.

A young doctor just out of med school was on duty when they brought me in.  He worked more than six hours tying nerves and whatever else had been sliced in my foot back together. Nurses brought him fresh supplies and water and kept the sweat out of his eyes.

He saved my foot and the use of it.

My family thanked him.  Profusely. More

Learn the True Business of the American Precincts

Dear Americans,

Ronald Reagan understood that the Constitution given us by our Founders was one that trusted the people to govern themselves.

In his First Inaugural Address, Reagan said this:

From time to time, we have been tempted to believe that society has become too complex to be managed by self-rule, that government by an elite group is superior to government of, by, and for the people. But if no one among us is capable of governing himself, then who among us has the capacity to govern someone else? All of us together, in and out of government, must bear the burden. The solutions we seek must be equitable, with no one group singled out to pay a higher price.

Ronald Reagan said above: “the solutions must be equitable”.  But I feel a need to add one thing and that is: the solutions must also be anchored in our Constitution and Founding Principles. More
