The latest assault on the American public and formerly free states of the United States of America, has been launched. Obama constructed and issued the Executive Order referred to as National Defense Resources Preparedness. Under this Order, [National Defense] is clearly laid out. It is clear that the federal government, all of its unlawful agencies, agents, private corporations operating in fraud as “public service” agencies, our military, all of our resources, our labor, our skills, energy, commerce, production, agriculture etc., are now focused on defending the federal government……..from us.

This order is the fulfillment of Obama’s “We can’t wait” strategy wherein Obama openly declared his intention to by-pass congress (essentially informing them they were no longer needed) and to enact tyrannical and dictatorial mandates by circumventing congress and enlarging the powers and enforcement capabilites of unlawfully constructed federal corporations owned by the parent corporation: The United States a.k.a. The United States of America.

In reference to this Order, Obama, just as Bush2 did, and every president going back to Lincoln, referred to himself as the Chief Executive as in “corporate executive”, not as the elected President of the United States. As a mere president, he is only empowered to enforce the law. But as the Chief Executive of the Corporation, he can hire and fire (he essentially just fired all of congress) change the rules and regulations and use Executive Orders to write laws all by himself.

We can’t wait either, Mr. Obama

We can’t wait to see what the states, including governors, do when they realize that Council of Governors appointed to supersede state and local governments and set up to facilitate the 10 United Nations Regions, flex’s its muscle. What do you suppose their reaction will be and that of the citizens of those states?

We just cannot wait to see what happens when the general public comes to the realization that when Panetta and Dempsey informed the Senate that they take their orders from the United nations and NATO, not from congress, they were essentially declaring that they were serving a foreign government not only with your encouragement, but also your tacit approval.

We are just breathless with anticipation to see the response from the public when they realize you have effectively seized control of agriculture (food) to further force the implementation of “Dirty Harry” Reid’s infamous fake food safety bill that threatens the food security of the entire nation.  This will also work so well with the White House Rural Council set up to begin the physical assault on America’s farmers and ranchers, driving them off their land and out of business.

PART VIII – GENERAL PROVISIONS

Sec. . Definitions

(c) “Farm equipment” means equipment, machinery, and repair parts manufactured for use on farms in connection with the production or preparation for market use of food resources.

(d) “Fertilizer” means any product or combination of products that contain one or more of the elements nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium for use as a plant nutrient.

(e) “Food resources” means all commodities and products, (simple, mixed, or compound), or complements to such commodities or products, that are capable of being ingested by either human beings or animals, irrespective of other uses to which such commodities or products may be put, at all stages of processing from the raw commodity to the products thereof in vendible form for human or animal consumption. “Food resources” also means potable water packaged in commercially marketable containers, all starches, sugars, vegetable and animal or marine fats and oils, seed, cotton, hemp, and flax fiber, but does not mean any such material after it loses its identity as an agricultural commodity or agricultural product.

(f) “Food resource facilities” means plants, machinery, vehicles (including on farm), and other facilities required for the production, processing, distribution, and storage (including cold storage) of food resources, and for the domestic distribution of farm equipment and fertilizer (excluding transportation thereof).

What will the public do when they realize you just re-instituted the draft?

PART VI – LABOR REQUIREMENTS

Sec. . Secretary of Labor.

(2) upon request by the Director of Selective Service, and in coordination with the Secretary of Defense, assist the Director of Selective Service in development of policies regulating the induction and deferment of persons for duty in the armed services;

What will the states do when they realize you just implemented the “CLEAR Act” changing the terminology from “navigable waters” to “waters of America”? Usable water from ALL sources? That was really slick! We did notice you made sure to exempt corporations which bottle water (without regulation, I might add) qualifying them as “food resources”. Don’t want to step on any corporate toes, do we?

PART VII – DEFENSE PRODUCTION ACT COMMITTEE

Sec. . The Defense Production Act Committee.

(n) “Water resources” means all usable water, from all sources, within the jurisdiction of the United States, that can be managed, controlled, and allocated to meet emergency requirements, except “water resources” does not include usable water that qualifies as “food resources.”

Just in these few sections, you have declared the US government to be a foreign and hostile government to the fifty United States. You have allowed Panetta and Dempsey to declare their allegiance to a foreign ruling body, The United Nations, and to conscript our US military to foreign control. You have empowered your corporate executive office with the ability to seize control of all commerce, trade, transportation, energy, communications, technology, labor, production, and to do so even in a “non-emergency” event.

The real clinker in all of this was your giving the office of Chief Executive of the corporation to implement any and all of this even when there is no emergency. The national defense you refer to of course, is the defense of the federal government against the people of the fifty states.

PART II – PRIORITIES AND ALLOCATIONS

Sec. . Priorities and Allocations Authorities.

You have done these things not to protect America, but to protect the monstrosity that is the federal government, from the people you and past chief executives and congresses both current and past, have determined represent a threat to your continued existence.

As for Congress?

I don’t know how many pink slips this bunch will have to be served with before they accept the reality they are not only no longer needed…..they are powerless. Imagine, after all these years of betraying the people they were sent to represent, after dishonoring their oath’s of office repeatedly, while smugly assuming that somehow they would remain safe from the overthrow of our Republic……..they find themselves irrelevant, without any power or authority on any level. After decades of unlawfully empowering federal corporate agencies, after decades of ceding the power they did have to unelected bureaucrats and creation of the unconstitutional US Code & Title….they are out of a job. Now, who didn’t see that coming?

And congress’s overall reaction to the overthrow of the Constitution and the sovereign United States? Uh………basically nothing.

And lastly, Mr Obama

We would like to say that we cannot wait to have you removed from office, but it would be pointless. Even if you leave, you will simply be replaced by another anti-American, United Nations representative for the global government. Even a replacement will never undo any of the damage you have done; the assumption of power is too great, too powerful. And besides, no one will ever be allowed to be elected to the position of Chief Executive of the Corporation unless they agree to continue what you have done.

Which is precisely why the GOP and MSM is going nuts trying to marginalize Ron Paul.  Paul has never been groomed or pre-approved by the global government crowd and has repeatedly stated his intentions to deconstruct much of this if elected.
