The news that USDA was closing down 250 domestic offices in order to supposedly save 150 million a year in funds has been generally received as an advanced warning across America of an oncoming new program administered by some agency, council or group other than the USDA. Bear in mind, this is the same USDA that is squandering 250 million in bogus grants to get smart meters installed in rural America.
The USDA which has become nothing more than a domestic threat to rural America never does anything remotely considered to be family, independent, rural, USA friendly unless of course you happen to be one of those Big Ag and the Bio-Pirates, corporate partners.
The idea that USDA is closing domestic offices while leaving massive numbers of foreign offices open for business is alarming on the one hand and yet, somehow comforting to think the staffs of what has become known as a domestic terrorist organization might be out of work. Not so fast Gretel! What you need to be asking yourself is……what is going to replace it? You know they aren’t just going to leave our family farmers and ranchers alone. There is something else most definitely in the works and the notice below might just be the tip off to what that something is and what might be on the horizon.
The fact that the infamous FDA was part of this meeting should have us all running screaming for cover.
This meeting is to be held on February 20, 2012. Did we mention that documents relating to this un-American activity can be accessed on the Codex website? The public meeting held here in the US occurred on January 18, 2012. Considering that few if any people even knew this meeting was taking place, FDA, USDA and all their CODEX buddies were assured their un-American activities went by virtually unnoticed.

It is most likely the stuff of nightmares that this CODEX meeting will produce. Who knew, after thousands of years of tending animals, our current farmers and ranchers would need an ad hoc foreign committee to tell them how and what to feed their animals.
This has nothing to do with animal safety or health, it is simply a new system of control complete with surveillance and compliance checks to make sure you are buying specially treated feeds from preferred contractors and so that you cannot feed any animal anything unless you get your permission slip and approval from the foreign organization of Codex.
The system of compliance will be instituted in order to justify the trespass to property by agents supposedly empowered to violate your rights. New rules and regulations will be promulgated by foreign interests in collusion with agents and agencies of the corporation known as the “U.S.A a.k.a The United States of America” via one of its unlawfully created federal corporate agencies. The result of this collusion, a clearly un-American activity, will abrogate your property rights, your civil rights, your right to freely engage in commerce by erecting arbitrary rules and regulations meant to make anything other than corporate industrialized farming and ranching untenable for family and independent operators.
All of this will be couched in fictional concerns about food safety, disease traceability and keeping our food safe.
Oh…did I mention that these feeds will contain nanochips that can be scanned and detected in the animals’ system and even in the eventual consumer product? No chips detected! No sale!
An ad hoc committee on Codex Alimentarius concerning animal feeds and run through the FDA veterinary surveillance and compliance office is conveniently scheduled to happen just around the same time as this announcement of the closings. I may be wrong, but it appears Codex and the United Nations will supplant the USDA in this particular sector.
I have to wonder if this is the beginning of the transfer of regulation and authority from a federal corporate agency that is notorious for working closely with the UN, to the UN itself to implement under the hated Codex?
Now just imagine for a moment, that you and several of your neighbors got together and decided to begin negotiations with some foreign organization that would substantially alter the way in which everyone else engaged in that same business, could conduct that business. And suppose you did it, not because it would benefit the people you are attempting to control, but simply because your intention was to overtake and control to the point of eradication a certain economic sector of the population.
How long do you think it would be until the feds kicked your door in and hauled you away?
Subsequent to this, how long do you suppose you would spend in prison labeled as a subversive, unpatriotic, un-American, traitor, etc.? And yet we allow these federal corporations to negotiate away our rights, to saddle us with foreign agreements, rules and regulations that violate our rights and to do so without ever being held accountable for their betrayal.
This meeting that included the USDA Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) along with the Food and Drug Administration’s (FDA) Center for Veterinary Medicine and which included non-US organizations whose intentions are to destabilize and eventually end anything other than agricultural corporate contrators, conducted on foreign soil in many cases, should be viewed for what it was:
An Act of treason against the people of the United States committed by agencies and agents of privately owned federal corporations acting under fraud as “public service”.

Giant tears so big they are splashing me as they hit the table. Anger turned inward results in depression. Maybe it will actually be better when they shut down the web. Then we can be like the sheeple, since what we don’t know won’t hurt us.
Having grown up around all the beautiful, perfectly manicured and maintained Amish farms in the rolling hills of PA, this cuts especially deep.

Hi,
We have the same problem i Europe with Agriculture. Farmers are not free anymore to plant what they want. Isn’t suspicious ?…
I think it’s a part of NWO’s agenda to take over every thing from us.
