The Homeowners Association has apparently entered into a private contract with the power company, agreeing to the installation of SMART Meters. Problem is….no one asked the residents what they thought or if they even wanted these meters. HOA is now telling residents that they must comply with what is in reality a private contract struck between two private corporations. The only people compelled to comply are those who work for those corporations.
SMART meters are a direct assault on the population. These meters were created at Ft. Meade for use as a population control device and one which the miltary says, 100% of the population will be susceptible to. Headaches, nausea, confusion, disorientation, unconciousness, muscle cramps and possibly cancer are all planned for you thanks to the US military and the federal government.

There is a new component to the Connecticut and Florida Drivers Licenses – the much touted “Gold Star” two-tiered program which is partially Federally Funded, but all Federally Mandated. Starting October 3rd, residents of Connecticut will be required to provide as many as 6 forms of Identification to get this specially marked State ID (PDF). (No that xerox you took of your face does not count!)
There is an opt out, but it comes with an increasingly steep price:
DMV Commissioner Melody A. Currey said that without the gold star travelers will likely face greater scrutiny at airports and when entering federal buildings. Currey said the DMV is rolling out the new program now because Connecticut is on a six-year license renewal cycle and everyone needs to have a new license before 2017, when the federal regulations go into effect.
“This is a federally mandated program to improve security,” Currey said. “We live next door to New York City and after what happened there I think we need to assure our residents that we are doing everything we can to properly identify people.”
I find this humorous. What type of additional scrutiny are we talking about here? Already passengers enjoy the “after dinner foreplay” without the obligatory 3 course cheap buffet to get into an airport, what’s next – a cavity search because we won’t wear carry the Federally Funded and Mandated yellow star? Who could imagine this day would come? Obviously, the Pentagon, the Bush Administration not only imagined it, but put it in motion. Our own government in collusion with the military are openly moving against the people of the United States. It is more than apparent we ARE the ENEMY so feared by those in power. They weren’t hunting BinLaden, they aren’t looking for terrorists…….they are preparing to hunt us.
The continual threats of an attack perpetrated by some vague enemy they either cannot identify or will not indentify are overshadowed by the presence of our own military on our streets fully engaged in preparation for attacking us. If you think for one moment they wouldn’t…….just look at your local police and sheriff’s departments..fully militarized and more than willing to assault people in their own communities.
But don’t forget: In 2008, General Renault of the Air Force signed that agreement of treason with the Canadians called the Civil Assistance Plan. Plan B to be used just in case our soldiers decide love of country and patriotism does not include launching attacks on US civilians. In this case, the Canadians will send their troops to do the job. And we will return the favor for them, sending our troops against Canadians.
The suicide rate in our military is at an all time high as troops returning from Iraq and Afghanistan are suffering post traumatic stress and suffering from horrendous depression as a result of what they saw and were required to do in the name of Bush’s (and now Obama’s) wars on humanity. I have to wonder what kind of mental suffering will occur if in the future these young men and women have to deal with the suffering they caused here in their own country if this preparation for assault inside the US by the United States military takes place.

Currently, the Immigration Reform and Control Act (1986) require employers, by law, to establish that their employees are eligible to work in the United States. The Form I-9 was developed for verifying that persons are eligible to work in the United States.
Employers are required by law to have employees hired after November 6, 1986 fill out Section 1 of the Form I-9 when they start to work. Section 1 of Form I-9 asks for your name, birth date, address and social security number (SSN). It also asks you to attest if you are; A citizen of the United States, A non- citizen national of the United States, A lawful permanent resident (Alien#) or An alien authorized to work.
As one of your employers I used due diligence attempting to find a copy of your I-9 on the White House Website and other public records websites and could not. I am including an I-9 Form for you to fill out so I can keep it on file as required by law.
On the White House website I did find your name, date of birth and your address. I found the SSN you are using on a copy of your Selective Service Registration. I have heard you say many times that you are a citizen of the United States.
I registered with the government run E-Verify System and on August 17th, 2011, I entered your name, birthdate, address, SSN and citizen status in to E-Verify. The data was correctly entered. I was allowed to run a check on your eligibility to work in the United States.
I received back a “Notice of Mismatch with Social Security Administration Records: SSA record does not verify, other reason.”
The Immigration and Custom Enforcement (ICE) have stated that an employer’s failure to adequately follow-up on a Notice of Mismatch could constitute evidence of or contribute to an employer’s constructive knowledge of an employee’s unauthorized status.
When an employer receives a Notice of Mismatch concerning one of their employees the Office of Special Counsel for Immigration-Related Unfair Employment Practices states that the employer:
1. Must inform the employee of the no-match notice. Consider yourself informed by means of this letter.
2. Must ask the employee to confirm his/her name and SSN. Please confirm or correct the name and SSN I entered in to the E-Verify System: Barack H Obama 042-68-4425.
3. Please correct or confirm the Citizenship Status I entered with your name, birth date and SSN: A citizen of the United States.

The Department of Agriculture has proposed costly regulations to force ranchers, related business, and livestock agencies to tag and track animals that cross state lines.
USDA’s animal traceability rule is a solution in search of a problem. USDA says the rule is to protect animal health. But, the rules don’t identify any specific problems or diseases of concern.
These regulations will harm rural businesses, waste taxpayer dollars, and do little to deal with animal disease, food security, and food safety.
Send your comments today to make sure USDA’s final rule works for farmers and ranchers, and is paid for by the meatpackers that will benefit most.
At a time when farmers and ranchers face significant economic challenges, the last thing they need is more burdensome rules hindering their operations.

The great thing about “banning” food items is the ease in which it is completed these days. For instance:
Raw-milk dairy closes as costs rise
But the owners of Greenwood Farms, Holly and Steve Atkinson, say their numbers just weren’t working. The equipment, chemical and labor costs of producing raw milk were simply too high, despite growing demand from consumers willing to pay $10 or more a gallon.
Because there is no “Free Market” competition as a result of huge milk subsidies, the smaller producer is pushed out. In this case by their own responsible choice to protect the safety of their customers. Don’t forget the “barrier to entry” that exists to even start-up a small dairy.
To survive financially, Atkinson said, the farm would have to scale up — and that would come only at the expense of safety.
“We would’ve had to double the number of cows and work 80 hours a week,” she said. “If we had grown the dairy to where we could make a profit, I don’t think we could’ve produced safe raw milk because once you get that big, you get into the factory mentality.”
If the artificial dairy market was not boosted by $74.1 Million last year through governmental interference, having to compete with small dairies would force Agri-dairy to be more responsible.

As a young bride in 1970, I walked through the Denver airport with my injured husband, a veteran of the Vietnamese War as we headed for home after his release from the Marine Corps. The judge refused to allow expert medical testimony or public comment on the record or any questions regarding widespread health effects of the pulsing meters.

Ross Perot’s 1992 independent run for the presidency holds major lessons for the Tea Party in the 2012 elections.
Perot, a billionaire, had the means to fund his first race for president and did, spending some $66 million. He chose Dallas as his independent party’s headquarters, and called for volunteers. There is persistent chatter about a Greek default over the weekend, which Greece denied, but the denier refused to be named. I have an idea. Let’s set up a Headquarters for the entire Planetary Political Party in a place that can be “away from the influence” of the insane New World Order that is being perpetuated. We’ll just sent them all up on the supply rockets that are headed on up to the International Space Station. Oh. That wouldn’t work out so well now would it with the only access to the ISS blowing up twice recently.

Dorothy Wilson is 85 years old and suffers from early dementia. She is not a stroke victim or in a wheelchair, and she does not need to be washed or bathed. She cleans and cooks for herself.
I applied for guardianship in December, 2008, but my siblings fought this. In March, 2009, a geriatric “care” manager and guardian were assigned to my mother and she was declared incapacitated. An order was issued for an aide in her home 24/7, but soon arrangements were made for Mom to stay with family on weekends. Restricted pickup and return times were ordered, and although I requested relief many times, but the judge refused to allow it. His decision was based on the care manager’s assertion that 9am on a Saturday to pickup and 9am on a Monday to return is the only time the agency, Home Companion Services of Port Jefferson, will allow.
One aide soon became Mom’s friend and confidant. On September 15, 2009, the care manager went to my mother’s house with a new aide that does not drive, and ordered the other aide to leave or she would call the police. Mom insisted she did not want Cheri to leave and she was threatened as well. The guardian claimed she did this for my mother’s “safety” although nothing had happened.
The court has refused to allow my mother to stay with family additional days when someone is available, which is what she wants, and would save her thousands of dollars in agency fees. No one listens to her or respects her wishes. After Mom complained to me and her attorney about the violation of her privacy and HIPPA rights, her attorney advised the judge via letter on October 30, 2009. False allegations were then made against me by the guardian and the care manager. On November 10, 2009, the guardian mailed a letter to me stating that I violated the court orders prohibiting anyone from discussing costs with Mom and she imposed supervised visitation. More

This week, the world’s MSM propaganda outlets drone on with the “official” 9/11 anniversary mantra that will culminate with PBS and network “specials,” and general “where were you . . .” features from the nation’s print and other communications outlets.
None are worthy of the time it takes to read or watch them.
Ironically, the perpetrators of this event are following one of China’s ancient 36 Stratagems of War—the plain lie. This stratagem involves making somebody believe there’s something when, in fact, there is nothing. One method of using this stratagem is to create an illusion of something’s existence, while it does not exist. Another method is to create an illusion that something does not exist, while it does. Goebbels and Hitler successfully used this stratagem on their public during WWII.
The Internet successfully countered this stratagem during the 21st Century. Millions with access know about the lie surrounding the event.
For those who have had neither the opportunity nor time to read Dr. Griffin’s account of 9/11, here’s a concise, accurate, online overview (and fairly quick read) of Dr. Griffin’s findings surrounding one aspect of the event: The Destruction of the World Trade Center: Why the Official Account Cannot Be True This piece by Dr Griffin documents the findings and statements of architects, engineers, demolition experts, firefighters (whose oral statements about the event were suppressed for three years until Freedom of Information Act requests forced their release), and other survivors.
Dr. Griffin’s evidence is irrefutable. His writing is footnoted for readers to cross-check the facts for themselves.
All things destructive pertaining to America’s Constitution, rights, and laws—including attempts to do away with habeas corpus and posse comitatus—flow today from the heinous, despicable, murderous event and cover-up known as 9/11.
It is a cancer that must be ripped from America’s body politic and its perpetrators punished if this nation is ever to be the same.
Michael Kidd, 72, of Richardson, Texas, fell in his yard and broke a hip. Now, he is living in Countryside Nursing Home with his wife. Both were removed from their home when the state of Texas petitioned the courts claiming that the Kidds were mentally incompetent. Their house sits vacant and neglected, with rotting food still remaining in the refrigerator. The Kidds have been confined to a single room in the nursing home, while the state appointed guardian burns through their money an gives them a mere $60 a month spending allowance which they have been using to buy “real” food.
Robert Milton (not his real name) was taken to the hospital because he fell “one time too many” at his home, and although his stepson had been given power of attorney to make all of his health care decisions, a court-appointed corporate guardian placed Milton against his will in a nursing home where he is now isolated from his family and friends. Meanwhile, his money is being spent as quickly as possible by the Orlando-based guardian and her attorneys.
How It Commences
Joseph Niedesky (not his real name) was air lifted to a hospital in Orlando from Ocalaby helicopter after he was the victim of a motorcycle crash. But something went terribly wrong during Niedesky’s surgery and he aspirated on his own vomit, causing some brain injury. That’s when a corporate guardian was contacted by the hospital and appointed by the court as Niedesky’s full plenary, permanent guardian.
My comments regarding your scoping notice for capturing and removal of wild horses in the Pryor Mountains are:
1) In your “DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT” you base your reasoning for the need to remove the wild horses on “preventing deterioration of the range” while “maintaining a thriving ecological balance.” I will now notify you of reasons why I believe this “justification” is perpetrating fraud on the American public.
In reviewing the 40 pages of APDs (Applications for Permits to Drill) for oil and gas since 2003, I see that many of them were approved. Although this document is from the Miles Field Office in Montana, it included APDs within boundaries of the Billings, MT, BLM Field Office.
These permits were probably given a Finding Of No Significant Impact by BLM Field Office Managers, even though each well probably uses a couple of thousand gallons of water per day for exploratory drilling (much more than the horses drink, and much more terrain is disturbed by construction of the oil well pads and additional roads, etc., than could ever be attributed to some horse hooves).
It seems that when these APDs are granted, the BLM’s scope is myopic in that the BLM doesn’t seem to foresee, or care to mention, that if these any of these wells start to really produce, there will be a huge INCREASE in public land disturbance and INCREASED USE of water.
There are also many more APDs pending. Will I be reading any BLM Environmental Assessments about preventing or removing oil and gas production with reasoning that there’s a need for “preventing deterioration of the range” or “maintaining a thriving ecological balance” or any concern about the “watershed condition?” In looking at the oil and gas lease sales for Billings, MT Field Office, I see that thousands of acres of public lands are going to oil and gas lease sales each quarter. I’m not going to take the time to add up the total amount of acreage now, but I will when I make a public comment on any upcoming EA by your field office. If anything, this is OUT OF ECOLOGICAL BALANCE, and giving an unfair amount of “multiple use” to one use (oil and gas) over another use (wild horses)
2) In your “RELATIONSHIP TO EXISTING PLANS and DOCUMENTS” you mention that your objective is “to manage for a balance,” and you also mention the “watershed condition.”
Since you brought up water, in looking at some other projects in your district, I see that you gave a Finding of No Significant Impact” to the Bull Mountains Mine #1, a coal lease, saying this “will not significantly affect the quality of the human environment, individually or cumulatively with other actions in the general area. No environmental effects meet the definition of significance in context or intensity as defined in 40 CFR 1508.27…”
Really? How did you come to this conclusion after it was noted that Madison Formation wells provide water used for the underground mine equipment and the coal
preparation plant and use is approximately 500 gallons per minute? That’s about 720,000 gallons of water PER DAY. This is a LOT of water taken from the aquifer.
Have you added all of the additional water used by all the oil and gas leases? If a reasonable person compared the above usage to the 15-20 gallons of water a day a wild horse drinks, they would come to the conclusion that I have: If there is not enough water (or forage because of the lack of water) for our wild horses, it is ONLY because theBLM has mismanaged land and water use.
Aquifers are not confined by Field Office or county boundaries. The USGA has said of aquifers in your region “Most of the aquifers in Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wyoming are parts of five large regional aquifer systems. An aquifer system consists of two or more aquifers that function similarly. The aquifers can be hydraulically connected so that a change in hydrologic conditions in one of the aquifers will affect the other aquifers or separated but with common geologic and hydrologic characteristics. Much of the freshwater that is withdrawn in Segment 8 is obtained from the regional aquifer systems, some of which extend far beyond the boundaries of the segment.” The BLM might as well just be honest and say “We’re getting rid of the wild horses come hell or high water to replace them with other ‘multiple uses’ that make more money.” It’s obvious to the public that this is what the BLM is doing.
After reading the Federal Register notice (Sept. 6, 2011) announcing the next Wild Horse and Burro Advisory Board Meeting in Arlington, VA, Oct. 13-14, 2011, it seems that the “Public Comment Procedures” as written here may be in violation of your First Amendment right to free speech.
The notice states that “Speakers must submit a written copy of their statement to the address listed in the ADDRESSES section above, or bring a written copy to the meeting.”
Why “must” you do this? It’s a public meeting and you don’t have to submit anything to have the right to speak at a public meeting. You can just tell them your name and tell them you want to speak. Period. The meeting will probably be recorded and the BLM could use the recording for transcription purposes, and any requested written comments should be voluntary. That is not what is stated in the Federal Register. Also, requiring that speakers submit a written copy of their statements could discourage some people (who don’t like to write) from speaking.
You also don’t have to “address the specific wild horse and burro related topics on the agenda.” This is a violation of your First Amendment right to free speech. You can talk about anything you want to talk about. If you want to get up and read “Little Bo Peep” for 3 minutes (or whatever time limit they set), you have the First Amendment right to do that. If the BLM only wants you to talk about topics on the agenda, and then controls the agenda, they could then possibly control the content of public comments, which might then be against your right to free speech.
The notice also states “The BLM considers comments that are either supported by quantitative information or studies or those that include citations to and analysis of applicable laws and regulations to be most useful and likely to influence BLM’s decisions on the management and protection of wild horses and burros.”
Why do we have to include “quantitative information or studies” with a comment or opinion for it to be “most likely to influence” the BLM? More
