Smart Meters: We can monitor everything you do in your home

Marti Oakley (c)copyright 2011

___________________________________________________

Although Smart Meters are promoted as energy efficiency components, the actual intent of these meters is to track your use of energy in real time across every 24hr. period which will allow the provider to bill you for that period at the highest energy rate for the day.  They have another purpose.

Thanks to Smart Meters, every appliance in your home will be monitored.  As you will be rationed only so much energy for any 24 hr. period, opening and closing your refridgerator too many times during the daily billing cycle can cause your power to be disrupted.  Your use of lights, appliances and even your time on the net will be charged against your daily allowance of power.

Have you seen the ads for the appliances that call for help when they need repairs?  Like I need my stove sending out an SOS and having a “repair” man show up because the back burner made an appointment.   I don’t want anything in my house that is sending and retrieving messages without my knowledge or consent.  And what if the repair  man shows up and you don’t want the appliance fixed at that time?  Ummmm.  No one seems to have the answer to this.

Smart Meters are not about energy efficiency or any such nonsense.  They are a real time tracking device that monitors your household and what you do in it as part of the total surveillance system being put in place by the government. this is just another invasion of privacy. Your individual power supply can be disrupted at any time, as well as your whole neighborhood, community or state.  Welcome to Smart Grid!

It’s amazing. In the wake of the 2008 derivatives and housing bubble collapse, created by the U.S. Treasury and the private Federal Reserve with engineered low interest rates and easy money designed to artificially pump up the economy after the effects of the dot-com bust, the faltering markets of 2000-2001, and the rapidly depreciating dollar, we have now seen these same entities pour Trillions, yes, TRILLIONS in fiat injections into every conceivable corner of the markets. They have spent incredible sums on toxic equities (worthless equities, and don’t let anyone tell you different) to “ease” the debt spiral, they have propped up almost every large international bank, they have propped up the Federal Government and the Dollar itself with sizable purchases of our own Treasury debt, and, they have even thrown money into the pockets of foreign institutions and corporate beggars. Keep in mind, that all the debt that these actions generate is eventually placed squarely in the lap of one group of people; the American Taxpayer!

They have manipulated unemployment figures. They have consistently released completely fraudulent CPI (inflation) figures based on calculations which neglect numerous factors that used to be counted only two decades ago. They have used coordinated naked short selling in precious metals markets to hold back the natural spikes in gold and silver values. They have blamed every negative development in the economy (that they could not hide) on extraneous circumstances and outside culprits rather than themselves. They have done all this, to conjure the illusion of recovery for an increasingly agitated general public.

So much tap dancing and snake oil selling, and all it took, was the pain of $4 a gallon gas to wipe everything away…Read more

Congressman Ryan: Let’s make a deal!

Dear Congressman Ryan:

I have seen you many times on Lame Street Media promoting your grandiose plan to kill Medicare. I realize targeting those least able to defend themselves from yet another round of the neo-con movement to redistribute the wealth to the upper 3% while leaving the country in ruins as jobs are shipped out and as corporations plunder the country, is underway.

While helping to spend the country into untenable debt and rolling out the red carpet to foreign investors and corporations who are steadily consuming everything in site, I realize that you have to dispense with any program or initiative which would lend support to the elderly, that class of useless eaters so despised by so many of you.

While railing against Medicare and what it costs the country, you never made mention of what it costs the country to support you while you are in office and even when you leave.  For someone whose existence is now predicated upon the parasitic relationship of elected officials dependent on taxpayers, I am surprised that you did not readily identify yourself and the rest of congress as an unsustainable drain on the economy.  We can no longer afford to support you people, especially when you contribute virtually nothing to the economy or GDP while availing yourselves of special privileges, perks and financial enrichments.

If you believe that individuals of modest to moderate incomes should be able afford the uncontrolled extortionary healthcare insurance rates, the inflated medical industry charges, and the non-negotiated inflated costs of pharmaceuticals, AND! at the same time save massive portions of our income which is under attack constantly by the IRS as taxes just keep eating up more and more of our income just so that we have some kind of security when we get too old to work………….then I see no reason why you and your cohorts in the District of Criminals can’t do the same on your ever rising incomes which far exceeds what most of us whom you are targeting, earned.  More

If there is anything the United Nations hates worse than our dogged determination to remain free, it is our insistence that we will not fall under UN control.

_______________________________________________

Let me lay this out for you in a simple way, so that maybe you can get the gist of what is really going on and how through incremental legislation EVERYTHING is being taken away from us.

The CLEAR Act:  A pre-planned and pre-written bill; one just waiting for that golden opportunity to magically appear, will seize all water rights, coastal and in-land. BINGO!  We got the BP oil spill and this is one of the excuses for the CLEAR Act.  This bill seizes all mineral, gas and oil rights and permits, and by extension the revenues from those permits.  This bill converts state owned land to federal ownership and control.  This Act which stood little chance of passing was quietly slipped over to the EPA for implementation through agency regulation and enforcement. This bill also represents the UN position that land ownership and by extension those things derived from the land including water, should be owned only by government.

Although the bill is marketed as another global warming fix for this thoroughly exposed hoax, it redefines “navigable waters” (limiting jurisdiction) to, “waters of America”, an all-encompassing jurisdiction.  The bill is at odds with this supreme court ruling which says that investors may build over wetlands.  While these two things seem arbitrary on the surface, in fact they are not.  This case established a precedent which will allow global interests both foreign and domestic to alter, delete and otherwise redirect natural water flows for the benefit of business.  This got the EPA off the hook. Rapanos v supreme court

This bill will also make the Coast Guard, now a military branch (formerly civil service) a police power not only on the water, but also on land.  As a national police force, they might site you on land or water for an infraction of federal corporate codes, and may now take you to a military tribunal or administrative corporate court: it is entirely at their discretion.

Cap & Trade:  This is a bill built on one of the greatest scams in recent history; the global warming myth.  More

Arizona Police Officer Execute Man For Telling Them They Needed A Warrant

A Phoenix police officer, called to a private home as the result of a family quarrel, decides not only to shoot and kill the family dog, but also the 29 year old man inside the house who was posing no threat according to the officers partner, but who informed the officer that he needed a warrant.  At this point, the officer tells the man; “I don’t need no warrant, m—— f—–!”  And delivers a fatal shot. (Again, according to the officers partner)

The head of the police officers union weighs in on the killing.  In defense of the officer he claims that “due process” must be followed and that the officer is innocent until proven guilty.  In the second news video, we see that the head of the PLEA union now says that there is additional evidence and that the officer will be acquitted, most likely.

So we should afford the officer due process, and consider him innocent until proven guilty?  But not afford the man at home in his own house the same courtesy?

While the head of the union claims an investigation is being conducted and that the officer has been suspended, we all know how this is most likely to end up.  The union head talks about how officers are people from the community and are carefully selected for their positions.  Based on what?  Long gone are the days when those with napolean complexes were weeded out and not allowed to be employed by law enforcement.  Crisman was finally fired by the Phoenix police department and the blue brotherhood of Homeland Security is holding BBQ’s and collecting donations to support him while he stands trial.

No update on the status of the officers partner and his report on what was in reality a cold blooded killing by a badge heavy officer.

Reports of this kind are coming in from across the country with alarming regularity as a result of the militarization of law enforcement under Homeland Security.  Here is the most recent update on the Arizona situation:

I don’t believe there is one law enforcement vehicle in the country that still has the phrase: “To protect and serve” emblem on the doors.  According to a local sheriff’s deputy here, “There is no obligation to protect anyone by law enforcement unless we have them in custody, and then it is limited.  Our job has been redefined.   Our focus now is to protect the government and infrastructure from the general public because of the threat of homegrown terrorism.”

There was a story told by one researcher of the JP Morgan fortune. Morgan’s enterprises in the U.S.– that later became the model for the term ‘Robber Baron’ – were financed through the great central banks of Europe. When Morgan died he was thought to be worth billions, but was found to be worth only a few million – 10-12 if I remember right.

Over the last 30 years or so we’ve seen the consolidation of the various forms of media into 5-6 multinational corporations with names like Murdock, Turner, etc. associated with them. But who really owns them? – the name associated with them or the central bankers supplying the funding for the multi-billion dollar consolidations?

I haven’t followed the music scene for the last 30-years, but the term Lady Gaga has been bantered about by alternative talk show hosts. I recently watched a video I came across of her performance at the finale of American Idol.

She is standing on top of a simulated mountain, about 20 feet tall, and begins singing in a very powerful – almost hypnotic candor. As the lights come up she is wearing a robe and Masonic headdress.

Not far into the song, she cast off the robe and then the headdress and is wearing a swim suit (for lack of a better word) with glittered symbols on her body – including a traditional Christian cross on her stomach.

Toward the end of the performance she lifts her leg up onto a rock and begins pulsating as the camera pans around at a distance and then is joined on the mountain by a male mullato performer. After simulating a sex act on the mountain top, they join hands and fall off the cliff together. They land behind a simulated bolder to a cloud of steam released as they would have hit the ground. Little of what has issued from the District of Criminals is lawful or constitutional and most of what has come from this den of vipers is an overt attack on the constitution and civil liberties.

While claiming they want world peace and disarmament, those in our “government” have, for decades of course, worked to make sure there was a war going on somewhere.  After all, what good is a military war machine based economy if you aren’t blowing up another country and killing off a fair number of their indigenous citizens?  There is money to be made from dropping those bombs, and, then we get to steal the assets of the country we obliterated and sell them off to our best global corporate buddies.

Behind all of the phony peace talks, so-called peace treaty’s and other false geo-political machinations which appear to be never ending, is the intent not only to create fictionalized reasons to mount wars of aggression, but also to move us into position for the convening of a constitutional convention (Con-Con).  And, as these so-called peace talks go on endlessly, we mount one illegal act of war after another against every country that has refused to capitulate to world banking cartels, global corporations, and the United Nations.  The only way we will ever have peace is if these things are obliterated from the face of the earth.

If the president and or congress can create enough federal unconstitutional interference to anger the states causing them to file suit against the fed, a convention could be convened.  The purpose of this convention could end, finally, the United States as a sovereign nation subjecting it totally to United Nations rule and subverting our national laws and control.  As of this date, 35 states have filed suit against the federal government over encroachment on states rights and the creation of undue burdens on the states for the benefit of increasing federal power and control.  Only 38 states are required to convene a convention.

We are in dangerous territory.  More

I imagine sometimes in my most optimistic moments that one day I will live in the midst of a true free market economy, where the tides of trade and investment, the ebb and flow of commerce, are a rather beautiful thing. A marketplace without centralized manipulation, were legitimate supply and demand are elevated instead of obscured, and toxic financial instruments, crooked corporate institutions, and even faulty currencies, are allowed to finally meet their long deserved demise because they no longer serve the needs of our nation and our culture. I imagine an economy that is not only continuously shedding off old skins and renewing itself as our society grows, but one whose primary purpose is to nurture and expedite that growth. I imagine an economy that works FOR the people, not against them. Like I said, “optimistic”.

In today’s economy, we have something quite different. We are imprisoned in a labyrinthian deathtrap of a mainstream system, one that feeds endless fiat formaldehyde into the crusted veins of a long since corpsified infrastructure; a financial golem, a wraith, a thing that creeps across the dark horizon of our country’s future waiting to unleash a special kind of hell. A thing that should not exist.

We live in an unnatural and monstrous economy. A Frankenstein creation…

This creation owes its wretched life to the efforts of a relatively small number of international bankers, corporate financiers, and of course, the private Federal Reserve; the mad scientists of our age, consumed with a lust for power over everything. One day, in the distant future, we will finally understand and appreciate their “brilliance”, or so they tell themselves. The “plan” is simply too complex and wondrous for we nearsighted and frightened villagers to comprehend.

In fact, the plan is very easy to comprehend, and not driven by brilliance, but hubris (one does not necessarily lead to the other). The key to grasping the mangled workings of our economy lay in the lifeblood of our commerce; the dollar itself. If you know the dollar, you’ll know just about everything else. Ignore the dollar, or assume comprehension without ample study, and you will find yourself completely lost in the fog and chaos of the markets.

The routine exclusion of evidence, the statements by more than one judge to the effect that the law is what they say it is, and, that in their court they don’t want to hear about your rights, should have us all demanding an investigation.

_________________________________________________

Since posting my article on the current condition of our judicial system, I have received numerous emails and phone calls from individuals across the country.  Based on these continuing communications I have concluded that the average citizen is in far more danger stepping into a court room of any kind, than from any commonly recognized criminal activity on the street.  At least with a street criminal you stand a chance of defending yourself.

Many of the people who contacted me spoke of going so far as to meet with the FBI in the hopes of getting an investigation launched into the criminal conduct of not only judges, but also of state agency actors who, acting under the auspices of their offices repeatedly violated not only the law but the civil and lawful rights of individuals.  Many of these actors believe they are immune from prosecution due to the office they hold.  While the office itself may be immune, the individual occupying it can be held personally liable under a constitutional tort. This can be intentional or negligent.  These tort claims hold the official directly and personally responsible for their actions; which is exactly why “tort reform” is high on the agenda of things to get done, in the District of Criminals.  http://www.law.harvard.edu/students/orgs/crcl/vol38_2/park.pdf

In absolutely every case, without exception, of those who approached the FBI in their respective states, a stock answer was delivered to those hopeful for some kind of help from this agency.  That answer is:  More

Alternative Markets

Brandon Smith

The concept of private barter and alternative economies has been so far removed from our daily existence here in America that the very idea of participating in commerce without the use of dollars or without the inclusion of corporate chains seems almost outlandish to many people. However, the fact remains that up until very recently (perhaps the last three to four decades) barter and independent trade was commonplace in this country. Without it, many families could not have survived.

Whether we like it or not, such economic methods will be making a return very soon, especially in the face of a plunging dollar, inflating wholesale prices, erratic investment markets, and unsustainable national debts. It is inevitable; financial collapse of the mainstream system ALWAYS leads to secondary markets and individual barter. We can wait until we are already in the midst of collapse and weighted with desperation before we take action to better our circumstances, or, we can prepare now for what we already know is coming. The judicial system: Closed Union Shops violating your rights

Several state supreme courts have quietly issued new “rules” that make it illegal (not unlawful) for anyone to help a pro se litigant assemble research or contribute in any way to presenting their case.  These courts however, made no such ruling regarding the use of law clerks and paralegals who routinely are used by BAR members to do the actual work required to put a case together.

_____________________________________________

There are few people these day still having any illusions about the corruption in our judicial system. As we have seen and heard, our courts are the last place to find justice or to see the rule of law applied.  Our courts, once the last line of defense in legal matters, have become nothing more than government sanctioned racketeering.  Reports of judicial misconduct in virtually every court system in the nation, is not only on the rise, it is being condoned by the silence of the Department of Justice, congress and state governments.  Even SCOTUS decided that the corruption of the lower courts was not worthy of their superior and divine attention due in part to the high level of corruption in its own court.

They are running closed union shops

The term “closed shop” is used to signify an establishment, trade or skill which employs only members of the union.  Our courts are closed union shops which are now actively writing new rules (lawmaking) to prevent anyone other than BAR union members from accessing the courts. We are now being told that it is accepted practice for judges to create their own laws, in total disregard for the constitution or individual rights and protections and with total disregard for established and accepted law.  If this is in fact the case…..why can’t we create our own common courts that bypass these union shop courts?  After all, the current judicial system no longer adheres to the law and instead operates as independent corporate contractors relying on code and statute or newly created laws they themselves create.  I see no reason why we should have to continue to pay private contractors to violate our rights. Proof of Chemtrails in 1971!

When I first saw chemtrails with my own eyes, in January 2008, it was after some nine months of having researched the subject, seeing hundreds of videos and still images by others, some of them proving the existence of chemtrails in the 1990s. So I knew that, even though I had never seen them then, millions of others had. More
