RIP-OFF BY THE FEDERAL RESERVE

The debt created by usury based sovereign debt is perpetual; it can never be paid off. The contract cannot be culminated. Any contract that cannot be culminated is an act of fraud. A contract based upon fraud is invalid from its inception. It would appear the national debt is not legally enforceable. (A debt incurred by a state or municipality is not a sovereign debt as used in this analysis. Such a debt is akin to a commercial loan and is completely repayable.)”

The Federal Reserve uses euphemistic smoke and mirrors to obscure their operations. With full knowledge the following is not the way the Fed/government describes the system, allow me to offer a different analysis of their mathematical operation.

Congress can pay for federal expenses with funds collected from taxes, but Congress is never satisfied with this amount. The desire to buy votes/campaign contributions from special interest groups induces congress-critters to spend more, and this is identified as deficit spending. To create this make-believe money requires the assistance of the Federal Reserve. Approximately 45% of the 2009 budget was paid by new fiat money.

Congress will give the Fed a security (bill, bond, or note) and the Fed will accept the document as an asset of one of the twelve FR Banks. The Fed will then establish a line of credit for the U.S. government for the same amount and list the liability as Federal Reserve Notes. Voila !! Fiat money has just been created for Congress to spend. Ref: 2009 Annual Report to Congress by the Board of Governors, page 448. More

Idaho State Representative Phil Hart authored the Idaho State Silver Gem Act earlier this year which allows for the Idaho State Treasurer to issue silver medallions and make them available to the public; people may use them for any purpose they want and will have the option of paying their State taxes with the silver.  The benefits of the Silver Gem Act are:

• Silver can be used as an alternative currency, outside of the banking system

• Jobs will be created in the metal refining industry in Idaho

• Silver- and gold- are a protection against inflation for both the public and Idaho State

The Idaho Silver Gem Act serves as a model that other states and local governments can use.  If the bill passes, people can use silver with confidence because the government of Idaho will accept it, too.   The Idaho Silver gem Act will also help to prevent possible federal precious metal confiscation. Fox News North: Canada fights back against crony-media…and WINS!

We did it! “Fox News North” has dropped their bid for forced access to our cable fees!

83,000 of us signed the petition, 25,000 sent letters to the CRTC and 4,000 donated over $115,000 – and last week SunTV, seeing they could not win, dropped their request to the government to force cable companies to carry them. A huge congrats to everyone on this amazing victory for Canada!

It wasn’t easy — the Sun media empire threw everything they had at us – smear pieces, legal threats, even insider knowledge of sabotage of our campaigns — but our united voices proved more powerful than even a Harper-allied corporate giant.

Let’s take a moment to celebrate this, and share thoughts for what we do next. Click below to join a nation-wide live-chat:

Just 3 weeks ago, our campaign caused the resignation in disgrace of SunTV chief and former Harper spin doctor Kory Teneycke (after we pressed for an RCMP investigation into the sabotage of our petition by people linked to Teneycke). While significant, Teneycke was just replaced by another scandal-ridden spin doctor for another conservative Prime Minister.

But the decision to abandon the forced access to our fees is a huge deal. “Fox News North” (SunTV) has admitted that, if given a free choice, Canadians won’t watch it enough to make it profitable – that’s why they sought a special licence from the CRTC that would force cable companies to carry them, and why the press warned that the CRTC was under pressure from the Harper government to grant this licence. So, the success of our people-powered campaign could mean the end of this attempt to bring a poisonous brand of crony-media to Canada. Hooray!

Harper’s radical-right clique has launched a full scale assault on our democracy – forcing out top civil servants for refusing to be politicized, controlling press access to government like never before, even shutting down our Parliament when it suited them. A 24 hour propaganda news channel that backed their every move, no matter how outrageous, could have been a headshot to our country’s democratic character. This victory is Canadian democracy’s resilient response, and it’s beautiful. Thank you!!

With gratitude and excitement for all we can achieve together in the future,

Health Care Hikes Continue As The Economy Apparently Improves.

As we discussed in August and later in September, the enormity of the Health Care debacle is finally being realized by the Insurance Companies. Perhaps they did have some notion of the rising prices to come although with the transparency of all Government at this point, the Taxpayer will never know.

Today it is reported in the New York Times that the Obama Administration will allow insurers to raise fees for sick children (I’m sure it is still the prior administrations fault):

The Obama administration, aiming to encourage health insurance companies to offer child-only policies, said Wednesday that they could charge higher premiums for coverage of children with serious medical problems, if state law allowed it.
