“The more laws government passes, the more law breakers government makes.” Ron Ewart
We have repeated the following phrase several times in our articles, since repetition seems to be the only way to get a message across. “YOUR MONEY IS GOVERNMENT’S MAJOR POWER OVER YOU: The first power that government has over you is YOUR perception that YOUR money is their money. The second power that government has over you is by using the money they take from you by force, against you. But, the third power that government has over you is that you will religiously obey their laws, no matter how many they pass, or how unconstitutional those laws may be.“
From another article we wrote: “The consequence of too many laws is that huge segments of the public are totally unaware of their existence. And yet, under the law, ignorance of the law is not a defense.” More

The super rich Elites and their Forbearers have controlled the corporations, media, and our government officials for more than 100 years allowing them, with the help of foundations to ignore the Constitution, resulting in looting, tyranny, treason and death. These Occupation Forces are greedy, power mad Marxist Progressive enemies of the people, but you must rejoice because for the first time in history our people know they are being unconstitutionally screwed.
The Marxist Progressive Officials and Judges are OCCUPATION FORCES and TRAITORS with no authority for their unconstitutional actions.

The REAL ID Act has punished innocent Americans with red tape, higher fees, and lost privacy. Some in Congress want to add to these burdens.Let’s stop them! Please tell Congress to repeal REAL ID and oppose any further attempts at creating a national ID card.
You may borrow from or copy this letter . . .
What is the purpose of REAL ID?
* to prevent terrorists from boarding planes, even though there are an infinite number of other ways to engage in terrorism
* to prevent illegal immigrants from getting driver’s licenses – which only increases the likelihood they will drive without ever being tested, creating more dangerous roadsWhy should either (misguided) goal interfere with an American citizen’s attempt to renew a driver’s license?
REAL ID is working exactly as I thought it would. It punishes innocent Americans like me with red tape and higher fees by forcing us to “prove” we’re not terrorists or illegal immigrants. More

WANNA LOSE YOUR SOUL? THEN BLINDLY SUPPORT GOVERNMENT – RIGHT OR WRONG

“When we talk about compassion we talk in terms of being kind. But compassion is not so much being kind; it is being creative [enough] to wake a person up” ChogyamTrungpaRinpoch 1939-1987
A soul-less being has no empathy for others. Lose your empathy, and you’ve lost your soul.
My use of the word “empathy” here goes deeper than the concept of mere pity, as pity has a condescending connotation.
Empathizing with another does not, however, mean being a sucker; one can practice “tough-love” while being empathetic, as one would practice tough-love on onesself.
Empathy, according to my dictionary, is a complete understanding, so intimate that the feelings, thoughts, and motives of one are readily comprehended by another. I believe we are all connected at a spiritual level, but lose sight of that as we fall from spiritually by a loss of empathy; a spiritually we can regain with a growing empathy for others. More

Firearm death rates
AN INTERESTING LETTER IN THE AUSTRALIAN SHOOTER MAGAZINE, WHICH I QUOTE:
“If you consider that there has been an average of 160,000 troops in the Iraq theater of operations during the past 22 months, and a total of 2112 deaths, that gives a firearm death rate of 60 per 100,000 soldiers.
The firearm death rate in Washington, DC is 80.6 per 100,000 for the same
period.
That means you are about 25 per cent more likely to be shot and killed in
the US capital, which has one of the strictest gun control laws in the US
than you are in Iraq .
Conclusion: The US should pull out of Washington D.C.
Wisconsin: Amish win case against DATCP

NEILLSVILLE, Wis. (AP) — An Amish livestock farmer who refused to follow a 2005 Wisconsin law requiring him to register his land and livestock has won a legal battle with state regulators.
Clark County Circuit Judge Jon Counsell on Tuesday ruled in favor of Emanuel Miller Jr., of Loyal, who was accused of violating the law meant to help regulators track animal diseases.
Some Amish say the tracking system would amount to the “mark of the beast” mentioned in the Bible as being related to Satan.
Counsell determined that the state did not show why alternatives that would not affect Miller’s religious freedom would not be just as effective.
Assistant state veterinarian Paul McGraw told the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel that he expects the state to appeal.

SECRETARY VILSACK ANNOUNCES DETAILS AND OBJECTIVES OF USDA’S OFFICE OF ENVIRONMENTAL MARKETS

What the hell is the USDA, a dysfunctional and non-relevant agency, unable to perform or meet its basic functions doing in environmental markets? This is nothing more than a smoke screen for seizing agricultural lands and property under the guise of environmental concerns. And how can they rationalize the biodiversity goal when they have helped facilitate and end biodiversity via their collusion with bio-pirates such as Monsanto? Marti

WASHINGTON, March 10, 2010–Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack today announced new details about the functions and objectives of USDA’s Office of Environmental Markets (OEM). OEM, now part of USDA’s Natural Resources and Environment mission area, will work to carry out USDA’s climate and rural revitalization goals by supporting the development of emerging markets for carbon, water quality, wetlands and biodiversity.
“Environmental markets leverage private investments that result in cleaner air, improved water quality, restored wetlands, and enhanced wildlife habitat,” said Vilsack. “These markets have the potential to become a new economic driver for rural America, exactly what we need to support a bold, creative future for America’s farmers, ranchers and rural communities.” More
