Judge Bans Use Of “Illegal” and “Aliens”

Below is yet another assault on our amendment rights in the United States of America. We, the law abiding citizens can be called every name in the book when supporting OUR LAWS, but when the correct terminology is used to describe law breakers, this judge takes it upon herself to stifle our amendment rights. What next –

undocumented borrowers for bank robbers,

transportation specialists for human smugglers – absurd!

They are not immigrants either – that term is reserved for people who OBEY the law and enter the US with a green card or then become a legal resident.

I will not abide.

(see articles below)

THEREFORE………Let It Be Known……………………

TO:

Arizona Supreme Court Justice Ruth McGregor

Hispanic Bar Association

Arizona State Ethics Board

I, as an American, reserve my right to “Free Speech” and will continue to

refer to those who enter this Country in an unlawful manner as ILLEGAL ALIENS..

I would refer both Justice McGregor and the Hispanic Bar Assoc. to federal law,

US CODE Section 8 sub sections 1324 and 1325 for verification to usage of the term illegal alien,

and advise both Judge McGregor and the Hispanic Bar Association to future read  US code,1101(a) 3 which defines an “alien”.

The contention that no person is illegal is absurd – their ignorance of our laws and illegal entry into this Country gives them the title – ILLEGAL ALIEN.

To date, the United States of America remains a democracy – with individual rights and I will continue to exercise my right of Freedom of Speech. We are not and shall continue to …. combat socialism/communism,  which is exactly what you are advocating in your recent ruling by restricting specific terminology – for a bias agenda.

The truth speaks for itself – something You and the Hispanic Bar Association are attempting to stifle – The American People are smarter than either of you give them credit for and our rights will continue to be heard.

Sincerely

Ruthie Hendrycks

Co-opting religion to promote war

The current US President sees the war in Iraq as a Christian crusade…

Is this kind of bizarre thinking a rare and strange anomaly?

Unfortunately not.

The fact is “Christianity”is frequently co-opted and its missionaries are often used as a weapons.

The G-20 Washout

By Mike Whitney

November 17, 2008 “Information Clearinghouse” — As expected, the G-20 Economic Summit in Washington turned out to be a total bust. None of the problems which have pushed the global economy to the brink of disaster were resolved and none of the main players who gamed the system with their toxic securities were held accountable. Instead, the visiting dignitaries gorged themselves on stuffed quail and roast rack of lamb before settling on a toothless “Statement on Financial Markets” which accomplished absolutely nothing. The one noteworthy clause in the entire document is a two paragraph indictment of the United States as the perpetrator of the financial crisis. At least they got that right.

From the text:

“Root Causes of the Current Crisis: During a period of strong global growth, growing capital flows, and prolonged stability earlier this decade, market participants sought higher yields without an adequate appreciation of the risks and failed to exercise proper due diligence. At the same time, weak underwriting standards, unsound risk management practices, increasingly complex and opaque financial products, and consequent excessive leverage combined to create vulnerabilities in the system. Policy-makers, regulators and supervisors, in some advanced countries, did not adequately appreciate and address the risks building up in financial markets, keep pace with financial innovation, or take into account the systemic ramifications of domestic regulatory actions.

Major underlying factors to the current situation were, among others, inconsistent and insufficiently coordinated macroeconomic policies, inadequate structural reforms, which led to unsustainable global macroeconomic outcomes. These developments, together, contributed to excesses and ultimately resulted in severe market disruption.”

Bingo. The contagion started on Wall Street and that’s where the responsibility lies. It was the result of the Fed’s reckless low interest rates and lack of government oversight. This allowed market participants to create massive amounts of leverage via speculative bets on under-capitalized debt-instruments. The resulting collapse in value of all asset-classes across the spectrum has created a gigantic multi-trillion dollar capital hole in the global financial system which has precipitated violent swings in the stock markets, tightening credit, currency dislocations, soaring unemployment and deflation. Almost all of todays economic woes can be traced back to legislation that was promoted by key members of the Clinton and Bush administrations. (Many of who will now serve in the Obama White House) The G 20s statement puts the blame squarely where it belongs; on the Federal Reserve and Wall Street. More

A government intent on silencing dissent

At what point we will say “enough!”?  H.R 1955 and the companion S. 1959, both known as the,

Violent Radicalization and Homegrown Terrorism Prevention Act of 2007

are both nothing more than an outright assault on our civil liberties disguised as anti-terrorism prevention.  These bills are no different than the horrendous Patriot Act or the Security Enhancement Act of 2003.  The words terrorism, terrorist(s) are used only when our constitutional rights are being attacked, and then only as means of justifying the further erosion of our rights and the empowerment and expansion of the government and military over our daily lives.

Congress and the president are constitutionally prohibited from abridging our freedoms enumerated in the Constitution.  Why do we tolerate these overt acts of suppression and terrorism by those in our government who have become so fearful of the general population and what could be the reason for this fear?

We had the recent opportunity to vote all these bums out of office.  Why were so many of us so willing to re-elect those who have shown us they despise us?
