America’s Silent Killing Fields

America’s silent killers are deadly, and do not discriminate. They target babies, the elderly, teenagers, young adults, middle-age housewives, and businessmen alike. They poison livestock, pets, and wildlife, and the people behind them deny complicity in the carnage. Who or what are these silent, deadly killers? They are the beautiful, green, uniform, and seemingly beneficial, killing fields of GMO crops. The people behind them are the U.S. government, the Rockefellers, Monsanto, Dow, DuPont, and Syngenta.

Glenn Beck Appears to Believe Drag Shows are Okay! As long as its’s the elite and political officials putting them on….

This message was forwarded to me today:

Begin forwarded message:

Jon Ronson Glenn is starting to get annoyed at the increasing crop of conspiracy theorists who are popping up—because they do nothing but divide the country. With the internet age making it all that much easier to spread disinformation, more and more people are buying into complete bullcrap. Jon Ronson, a humorous journalist from the UK, had never previously been a conspiracy nut job—and then he decided to infiltrate the Bohemian Grove. The result was his fantastic book Them and Glenn talked with him about his amazing adventures in the midst of the conspiracy theorists. Read the transcript. (Insiders listen here). After the on-air interview finished, Glenn and Jon continued the conspiracy talk off-air in an Insider Exclusive. Insiders listen here for what you didn’t hear on the radio. Jon Ronson wrote an amazing article on the Bohemain Grove for the April issue of Fusion Magazine:Read it here.

After viewing Fusion magazine I believe it should be retitled: CONfusion

Here’s what I think:

In what was obviously another of Glenn Beck’s departures from legitimate discourse, Beck again resorts to tabloid style broadcasting.  This show, which was another obvious set up is riddled with some particular problems.  The gentleman that Beck is supposed to be interviewing gave what are obviously false statements regarding Bohemiam Grove.

In addition, Beck never asks the really relevent questions:  Why would our high government officials including the president and vice-president be dresssing up in drag and attending ceremonies of any kind where an owl is the object of adoration?  Why would an effigy be burned?  Who was the effigy supposed to represent?  Why would anyone consider this idle entertainment or acceptable behavior for anyone?

And the biggest tip-off of all that this was a staged interview?  No one, and I mean no one….ever knows where Cheney is at any given time.  The idea that his name would appear on a roster of members for what is, according to Beck’s guest, nothing more than a place for men to go where they can dress up like women and act silly should have been enough to shut this farce down.

The president and vice-president are members of a club that puts on drag shows and Beck doesn’t think there is anything wrong with this?

Beck who loves to remind those who at times listen to him or watch his broadcast on CNN, doesn’t make his usual references to what a great Christian he is.  I would think that a man who spends so much time proclaiming his virutous and Christian character would have been incensed, if only by the mere fact that men were dressing up in exagerated drag costumes……….and that these men were and are supposed to be the elite and government officials.

As to the gentleman being interviewed who claimed he simply walked up the driveway and into the Grove and was allowed in because he was dressed like a yuppee……..that has got to be the lamest story to come out of the Grove yet.  You will never convince me that a gathering place for the global elite and government officials was simply walked into without so much as any one even asking for ID or verification for identification.  No one just walked up and entered.  Not even this stooge on Becks show.  And if they did, I would think someone would be out of a job, if not dead.

Here’s how I got here:

I have seen the footage of the film Alex Jones took at the grove.  Jon Ronson either lied about how he got in, or was never there to begin with.  The security around the Grove is so tight that NO ONE just walks up the driveway and into the Grove.

The quoted statements of the ceremony, if true, should have made the hair jump off Ronson’s head; instead he seems more concerned about the outfits being worn by the old men around him…….which makes me wonder what Ronson’s real interests are.

This “interview” which supposedly resulted from Beck becoming agitated by “conspiracy theorists” was so apparently staged and set up that I find myself wondering how either of them got through it without bursting out laughing.

What does it all mean?

It means that Alex Jones has created a problem for those who participate in these sickening charades at the Grove.  Ronson was apparently sent in to try and limit the damage and Beck was a willing participant.  The obvious lack of what should have been the most pertinent questions was the tip-off.  To follow this with the lack of Beck’s usual indignation that is always signified by his reference to how religious he is was another flag.

In the end, I am beginning to get annoyed with people like Glenn Beck who intentionally misrepresent either their guests, or the topic….or both and take that misrepresentation to the public.  Why do it?  Maybe Glenn got up on the wrong side of the bible the day this interview was taped.  But more than likely, there was a lot of $$ in the pot and that will over ride character, integrity and honest reporting any day of the week, not to mention religious pandering.

Death of the Bees

The following article is by Brit Amos, Global Research, March 25, 2008, reprinted with permission from CGR.

Death of the Bees

Commercial beehives pollinate over a third of [North}America’s crops and that web of nourishment encompasses everything from fruits like peaches, apples, cherries, strawberries and more, to nuts like California almonds, 90 percent of which are helped along by the honeybees. Without this pollination, you could kiss those crops goodbye, to say nothing of the honey bees produce or the flowers they also fertilize’.1

This essay will discuss the arguments and seriousness pertaining to the massive deaths and the decline of Bee colonies in North America. As well, it will shed light on a worldwide hunger issue that will have an economical and ecological impact in the very near future.

There are many reasons given to the decline in Bees, but one argument that matters most is the use of Genetically Modified Organisms (GMO) and “Terminator Seeds” that are presently being endorsed by governments and forcefully utilized as our primary agricultural needs of survival. I will argue what is publicized and covered by the media is in actuality masking the real forces at work, namely the impact of genetically modified seeds on the reproduction of bee colonies across North America Genetically modified seeds are produced and distributed by powerful biotech conglomerates. The latter manipulate government agricultural policy with a view to supporting their agenda of dominance in the agricultural industry. American conglomerates such as Monsanto, Pioneer HiBred and others, have created seeds that reproduce only under certain conditions, often linked to the use of their own brands of fertilizer and/or insecticide.

The genetic modification of the plant leads to the concurrent genetic modification of the flower pollen. When the flower pollen becomes genetically modified or sterile, the bees will potentially go malnourished and die of illness due to the lack of nutrients and the interruption of the digestive capacity of what they feed on through the summer and over the winter hibernation process.

I will argue that the media reports tend to distract public opinion from the true cause which underlies the destruction of bee colonies. As such, outlined are four major arguments which the biotech conglomerates (which produce and market GMO seeds) have used to mislead the public regarding the demise of the bees. These arguments include Varroa mites, parasites, cell phones, and terminator seeds.

Argument 1: Varroa mites2 Firstly, while there are some people who want to pin the blame on these mites, such views are unconvincing in that the argument does not make any sense because the main source of disease for these bees is intestinal disease. In fact, ‘many bee experts assumed Varroa mites were a major cause of the severe die-off in the winter of 2005. Yet when researchers from the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Bee Research Laboratory in Beltsville, Maryland, traveled to Oakdale, California, where Anderson and a number of his fellow beekeepers spend winter and spring, they could find no correlation between the level of Varroa mite infestation and the health of bee colonies. ‘We couldn’t pin the blame for the die-off on any single cause,’ says Jeff Pettis, a research entomologist from the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Bee Research Laboratory in Beltsville, Maryland,3 However, treatments against mites may be leaving hives open to the onslaught of powerful pathogens, much in the same way the overuse of antibiotics lead to super bugs in society today. What does that say about our future? We have learned that in the 1960’s and 1970’s, among other human ailments, DDT was a major cause of cancer in humans and animals; however, the substitution of such pesticides was a closely guarded secret. Unfortunately, the long term effects on the human population has yet to be understood as the compromise of the immune system may be happening quicker than we are ready to accept, even regarding the advent of super bugs. One can see that even this medical implication has severe economical implications.

Argument 2: Parasites Secondly; Crops and even hedges, verges, and woodlands, and even where bees remain are sprayed with pesticides or herbicides. These chemicals are the practical extension of an exasperating belief that nature is our enemy. Pouring poison on our food is a very simplistic way of dealing with our problems however it ignores the root causes. “New genetically modified crops, designed to be immune to certain pesticides and herbicides, have resulted in the increased usage of these chemicals. Pesticides, particularly Bayer’s imidacloprid, a nicotine-based product marketed under the names Admire, Provado, Merit, Marathon, and Gaucho have been concretely implicated4 in the destruction of bee populations before (see also)5. The fact that other bees and insects are not raiding deserted hives to feed on the honey as they normally would lends some credence to the theory of a toxic overload. The toxic overload is certainly a concern, but wouldn’t it also need to be considered that this is systematic in the degeneration of the digestive process, such as in humans inability to digest preservatives and not absorb the enzymes to break down the foods eaten for survival?

Argument 3: cell phones Thirdly, there was also a misconstrued study on cell phone radiation 6 and its effects on the bee’s ability to navigate which turned out to be an over-zealous unthinking reaction by an article in the Independent news. Some have also mentioned other navigational hindrances such as UV radiation, shifting magnetic fields and even quantum physics7 as a reason to the destruction of the bees.

There is certain implications to this theory, and it has been proven that electromagnetic radio wave lengths to affect the navigation of the bees. However the sun emits radiation spurts all the time, yet this has not offered a hindrance to the bees.

Argument 4: Terminator Seeds Lastly, ‘Leaked documents seen by the Guardian show that Canada wants all governments to accept the testing and commercialization of “Terminator” crop varieties. These seeds are genetically engineered to produce only infertile seeds, which farmers cannot replant, also to mention that the bees that are trying to collect pollen, found to have their digestive tract diseases, such as amoeba and nosema disease’8. These diseases are mainly located in the digestive tract system. After studies of the autopsy, the most alarming trait is that the lower intestine and stinger have discolored to black vs. the normal opaque color, Synominus with colon cancer in humans.

Figure 1: Extreme discoloration of intestinal tracts of bees.

 Bees1

‘When thoracic discs were cut from sample Georgia A-2 the musculature of bees was notably soft and discolored (A) when compared to healthy thoracic cuts (B). This discoloration suggests that the bees were dead upon collection. When questioned the beekeeper confirmed that the bees were alive at the time of collection. Further, the tracheal system of these bees did not show signs of desiccation usually associated with the collection of dead bees. Thoracic discs from this sample, after being placed in KOH for 24 hours, revealed peculiar white nodules”9 As seen above, it is certain that the digestive shutdown is due to hard material in the digestive tract that compromises the immune system. Circulatory problems would without doubt. Could it be that humans are going through the same process with the rise of Colon Cancer? As seen below in the comparison of the healthy Bee and the unhealthy bee, it is obvious that the bees that are ingesting GMO pollen are having severe digestive problems, so severe that the disease is terminal.

Figure 2: Digestive shutdown of the Honey Bee

 Bee2A Bee2BBees2c

The rectal contents of Georgia bees (A) were distinctly different then the contents of Pasadena bees (B). The rectal walls of GA bees were notably transparent revealing contents that looked like small stone packets (C). While Fyg (1964) describes similar stone like contents in poorly laying queens, the stones observed in the GA bees were not attached to the epithelium layer as Fyg (1964) describes. When these packets were ground and mounted, some unidentified floating objects (UFO’s) were observed. A cubic particle that resembles the cubic bodies of polyhedrios viruses (this viruses attacks wax moths) excepting that the cube observed was ~10x too big for a virus particle. There were fragments of pollen grains husks in all samples examined. All PA samples were found to have nosema spores in their rectal contents while none of the GA samples did. In two samples, epithelial cells were packed with spores.10

The North American reliance on bees for pollination is at minimum from 30 to 40%. Does it not seem obvious that the digestion of foreign genetic agriculture directly affects the digestive process of the bees. Could it also be that there are similarities in the human population digestive process? It must also be noted that this increased epidemic of the bee colony collapse has risen significantly since the use of GMO agriculture in our foods. It is also suspect in the rise of new cases of medical ailments in humans such as colon cancer, obesity, heart disease, etc… In the writers’ opinion, the inability of the bees to pass matter digestively is quite similar to the present problems in the human digestive system.

Bees Table

Conclusion:

The proof is obvious that one of the major reasons of the bees’ decline is by the ingestion of GMO proteins. This is problematic, as there is such an increase of indigestible foods in humans and bees. The situation of colon cancer in humans is somewhat similar in occurrence. This is only a theory but leaves one to wonder what are we eating en mass. The external or complementary good of the bee is obviously a rise for a global concern. The long-term economical and environmental impact has yet to be completely understood.

The Ecological Impact of horizontal gene transfer and increase of rampant disease is not fully examined and if so, is kept silent by these Conglomerates. The Economic Impact of the Colony collapse would mean higher inflation, scarcity of agricultural goods, and ultimately the collapse of North America Agriculture Business.

The Environmental Impact of scarcity and increased demand for resources, will beyond doubt have severe repercussions for our long-term food security. The bio-diversity of the bees causes positive economic and ecological externalities. The negative externalities have yet to be fully grasped or understood.

Organic crops: still relatively untouched The truth is that organic farming is relatively untouched as the bee crisis is concerned. Organic farming maintains the diversity of the eco-system and preserves the quality of the foods produced. The economic impact that the scarcity of bees will potentially have on our society as a whole is very worrisome. In the end, only our children will fully realize; that it was greed that destroyed our beautiful blue planet.

When Is Money Too Clean to be Laundered

by Vin Suprynowicz

9:58 am March 17th, 2008 It’s a long-established tradition of meddlesome governments, seeking to outlaw behaviors which — unlike robbery and assault — produce no “victim” anxious to cooperate with authorities: When the first unenforceable law doesn’t work, ban another activity, previously considered innocuous, to help enforce the first. When authorities developed radar guns to enhance “speeding ticket” revenues from those seeking to make good time on long stretches of empty highway, citizens started buying radar detectors. Instead of eliminating needless speed limits on rural straightaways (where most accidents are caused by driver fatigue, not speed) and settling for enforcement of the sensible “reckless driving” laws, some money-hungry state governments turned to … banning radar detectors.

And here I thought it was only totalitarian regimes that punished people for tuning in the “wrong” radio signals.

When the ban on imported cocaine led some entrepreneurs to make substitute drugs out of cold pills — creating a wave of “meth lab” explosions in previously peaceful neighborhoods — manufacturers were pressured to remove otherwise innocuous ingredients, till today “Sudafed” doesn’t work the way it used to, because it no longer contains any pseudoephedrine.

Stymied in their efforts to stop even wealthier entrepreneurs from providing drugs and “sinful” services to willing customers in violation of federal edict — in part because the criminals had become sophisticated enough to hire fancy lawyers and install middlemen between themselves and the dope — Congress in 1986 enacted laws which enabled federal police to seize a suspect’s homes, cars, boats and cash before he’d been convicted of anything, under the newly thought-up prohibition against “money-laundering.” The law makes it a crime to transport money across a border with the intent to conceal the source, ownership or control of the funds. This is a dangerous law even when used as intended, since it sets a precedent which could be used in future to seize the cash and property of anyone deemed “too rich,” simply by asserting — no trial necessary — that any such vast wealth had to come from some criminal activity (“Can you PROVE where you got it all?”) and that holding it comprises the new crime of “hoarding,” anyway.

(G-men should stand forewarned: After the revolution, the crime will be to own homes, cars, bank accounts, investments — even kids’ college educations — paid for out of “unclean” money seized from the citizens under the false claim that this nation has ever had a “direct” income tax. Which means federal salaries. Find us the part of the Sixteenth amendment that reads “and said income taxes may be collected as a direct tax, with a duty of payment made incumbent on the average citizen, rather than as an indirect excise as dictated in Article I, Section 9 for any tax not capitated.”)

But even setting that objection aside, no one familiar with federal law enforcement will be surprised to learn the G-men are now using the “money-laundering” statute in cases never contemplated by Congress.Last October, the U.S. Supreme Court heard an appeal in the case of Efrain Santos, convicted of running an illegal lottery, or bolita, in northwest Indiana.Santos was sentenced to five years in prison on the gambling offense — and another 17 years for “money laundering,” based on the government’s contention that he was “laundering” his illegal proceeds by using them to compensate his employees and pay off the winning bettors. In a similar case heard by the high court earlier this month, officers stopped Humberto Cuellar in Schleicher County, Texas, about a hundred miles from Mexico after his car swerved onto the shoulder of the road. Authorities subsequently found more than $80,000 in cash in a secret compartment in the car. Cuellar was convicted of international money laundering and sentenced to 6-and-a-half years in prison.

In Washington this month, justices seemed rightly skeptical of the assertion that merely hiding cash in a car headed for Mexico — absent evidence that the suspect sold drugs, managed a prostitution ring, or anything else nefarious — constitutes international money laundering, which carries a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison.“No grand design” was shown, said Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, echoing the skepticism of Chief Justice John Roberts and Justices Anthony Kennedy, Stephen Breyer and David Souter. “All he is is a courier.”In the October case of the illegal Indiana lottery, it was Justice Antonin Scalia who took a turn chiding a Justice Department lawyer for stretching the purpose of the money-laundering law. “Come on,” Justice Scalia said. “Nobody runs a gambling operation without paying off the winners. It’s not going to last very long. To make the paying off of the winners a separate crime from running the gambling operation seems to me quite extraordinary.”The justices are right to be skeptical.

The government brought money laundering cases against 1,347 people in 2006, according to the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts. Are we to believe they laid hands on 1,300 major drug kingpins in one year? 1,300 big-time “Godfathers” like Efrain Santos and Humberto Cuellar? It’s all too easy to say, like Tom Sawyer’s Aunt Polly, “Well, they probably committed other crimes when we weren’t looking.”Cynical commentators used to refer to such police-invented crimes as “driving while black.” The court should take firm steps, right now, to halt this pattern of overcharging, often designed to make the loaded-up prison sentence look so onerous that even innocent defendants may be tempted to “take the deal” in hopes of getting out before their small children are grown.

It is not a crime to “possess a lot of cash while Hispanic.” And those who will not stand up and say so, right now, may live to echo Pastor Martin Niemoller, who recalled that “There was no one left to object, when they finally came for me.”

GMO and Morgellons Disease

I am currently reading William Engdahl’s Seeds of Destruction, which documents the takeover of our global food chain by giant transnational agri-business concerns intent on enslaving the population through GMO technology. I am having difficulty reading this book because after a few pages, I become enraged at the colossal greed and corruption that exists in our corporate government, which has no problem murdering whole populations and eco-systems, and reducing the survivors to a life of abject misery and poverty. I find that after reading just a few pages, I have to put the book down, cool off, then pick it up again and read a few more pages before going through the cycle again. Anyway, as I was going through this cycle of reading, fuming, cooling off, then reading again, a thought occurred to me. What if the advent of Morgellons Disease has something to do with the ingestion of GMO foods? The timing seems to be rather coincidental, so I did some web research, and here is what I found.

Morgellons Disease – What is it?

Very little can be found regarding this disease. Originally, sufferers were told that their problem was imaginary. This was of little comfort to the people who were suffering.

Morgellons Disease sufferers report strange, fiber-like material sticking out of sores or wounds that erupt on the skin. This is accompanied by painful, intense itching, that has been described as “an ever present sensation as if something is crawling under the skin”  (http://portland.indymedia.org/en/2006/08/344305.shtml).

On May 18, 2006, KGW, a local news channel reporting out of the Oregon area did this story:

Strange sickness: Mystery disease horror story (excerpt)

[Dr. Drottar] The disabled family practice doctor felt like bugs were crawling under her skin. “If I fully tell people what has gone on with me medically, they think they’re in the twilight zone,” said Drottar. She woke up with the feeling that fluid was flowing just below her skin. Often black or blue hair like fibers protruded from her skin, she said. “I thought I had been exposed to asbestos. I thought I was having asbestos fibers come out of my skin. I was pulling long, thin, small hair-like fibers that were extremely sharp that could literally pierce through my finger nails,” Drottar said.

In addition to the feeling of bugs and the fibers, Drottar also suffered from severe depression, chronic fatigue and a weakened immune system. As a result, she had to give up her family practice, Drottar said.

Morgellons and GMO – the Link

There is relatively little information regarding research correlating Morgellons with GMO foods. This is suspicious right off the bat, because it would seem that there would be a natural curiosity regarding a link between Genetically Modified Organisms that people ingest regularly and inorganic fibers that protrude from a person’s skin. This would be right up a geneticist’s alley, and quite worthy of intensive research. So, why aren’t there a ton of published studies? Why did I have a tough time finding anything related to this? Could it be that companies such as Monsanto have enough clout to effectively squash these stories? If they have enough clout to ruin countries by deceiving impoverished farmers into purchasing patented GMO seeds, then end up forcing these poor people to purchase these seeds year after year instead of harvesting their own, then I am sure they have enough clout to ask our more than willing corporate government to manipulate the press…again.

According to Mike Stagman, PhD, “Genetic Engineering is a nightmare technology that has already caused MANY disease epidemics — documented but unpublicized”

Well Monsanto, you let at least one study slip through. With the help of a couple of search engines, I found an article by Whitley Strieber published on October 12, 2007, titled “Skin Disease May Be Linked to GM Food,” which concludes that the fibers taken from a Morgellons sufferer contain the same substance that is “used commercially to produce genetically-modified plants.” Here is the article:

Skin Disease May Be Linked to GM Food

12-Oct-2007 Many people—and most physicians—have written off Morgellons disease as either a hoax or hypochondria. But now there is evidence that this mysterious disease may be REAL and related to GENETICALLY MODIFIED food!

The skin of Morgellons victims oozes mysterious strands that have been identified as cellulose (which cannot be manufactured by the human body), and people have the sensation of things crawling beneath their skin. The first known case of Morgellons occurred in 2001, when Mary Leitao created a web site describing the disease, which had infected her young son. She named it Morgellons after a 17th century medical study in France that described the same symptoms.

In the Sept. 15-21 issue of New Scientist magazine, Daniel Elkan describes a patient he calls “Steve Jackson,” who “for years” has “been finding tiny blue, red and black fibers growing in intensely itchy lesions on his skin.” He quotes Jackson as saying, “The fibers are like pliable plastic and can be several millimeters long. Under the skin, some are folded in a zigzag pattern. These can be as fine as spider silk, yet strong enough to distend the skin when you pull them, as if you were pulling on a hair.”

Doctors say that this type of disease could only be caused by a parasite, but anti-parasitic medications do not help. Psychologists insist that this is a new version of the well-known syndrome known as “delusional parasitosis.” While this is a “real” disease, it is not a physically-caused one.

But now there is physical evidence that Morgellons is NOT just psychological. When pharmacologist Randy Wymore offered to study some of these fibers if people sent them to him, he discovered that “fibers from different people looked remarkably similar to each other and yet seem to match no common environmental fibers.”

When they took them to a police forensic team, they said they were not from clothing, carpets or bedding. They have no idea what they are.

Researcher Ahmed Kilani says he was able to break down two fiber samples and extract their DNA. He found that they belonged to a fungus.

An even more provocative finding is that biochemist Vitaly Citovsky discovered that the fibers contain a substance called “Agrobacterium,” which, according to New Scientist, is “used commercially to produce genetically-modified plants.” Could GM plants be “causing a new human disease?”

GMO – Not on My Watch!

I don’t know about you, but I am done with processed foods from the grocery store. We are being hit in our most vulnerable spot – our bellies. Most people my age have been brought up with an innate trust that what they purchase from the stores is safe to eat. This is no longer true since most processed foods contain genetically engineered ingredients. What you purchase from the corner store might just change your DNA and create such frightening symptoms that the general public simply does not believe it. What is worse is that when you go to the doctor to get help, he/she tells you what you are experiencing is all in your head. This is rubbish! It is up to people who care to make the correlations between what we eat and what happens to our bodies. Remember the old saying – “you are what you eat?” Well, I believe it is true.

Why Don’t We Just Buy the Oil…..and Get Rid of Congress?

From my mathematical friend who is consumed with the real meaning of the numbers that are flung about by that collection of dregs that now parades as our Federal government, I received this small note this morning:

“quote”……

How Much Is Too Much To Spend On a Preemptive War?

As of this third week in March 2008, the wars in the Mideast (Afghanistan and Iraq) have cost us $538.6 Billion.  That is $5,686 per U.S. family.

Let’s see if we can wrap our minds around the numbers.

·         $538.6 Billion dollars would buy ALL the fuel for ALL the commuters in Minnesota for 116 years and four months.  (At 12,000 miles per year, 20 mpg, $3.10 per gallon)

·         $538.6 Billion dollars would pay a year of premiums on a $955 per month health insurance policy for EVERY uninsured person in the United States.  (46,995,000 as of August, 2007)

·         At $250 Million per bridge, $538.6 Billion dollars would replace 2,154 bridges

·         $538.6 Billion dollars is a LOT of money.

My $5,686 could have been spent in many better ways.

At the risk of sounding naïve, why don’t we just buy the oil, instead of trying to control it?

Dan Martin (end quote..)

I agree Dan.  Why didn’t we just save our selves, our country and the world a lot of grief, and just pay for the oil we needed or wanted?  Why?  Because blasting other countries off the map, killing indigenous populations, manufacturing weaponry and making war a business was far more profitable on so many fronts.

Think what we have accomplished by attacking non-threatening countries that had something we coveted.  Just look at the “freedom” we brought to Afghanistan and Iraq!  Look at these burgeoning democracies that have governments we hand picked to make sure things were done our way to benefit the elite.   We have many things to be thankful for in this massive genocide for oil and thanks to the use of Depleted Uranium on the Iraqi’s, massive and horrendous birth defects are occurring at an alarming rate.  Not that it matters, those exposed to this radio-active gas are going to have a short life anyway, and that includes our military that was also exposed.

Thanks to Paul Bremer, Iraqi farmers can no longer even save seed for next years crops.  It’s illegal.

Thanks to the World Bank, an Iraqi national cannot be loaned money for a business start-up . . . only foreign investors allowed.”

Thanks to Halliburton and KBR and others like them, reconstruction has cost billions upon billions, most of which can’t be accounted for and nothing is getting built that would account for the massive amount of money American taxpayers have had to ante up.

Thanks to Cheney and the oil cartels, we are building a multi-billion dollar embassy in the middle of a pile of rubble we created.  This….while we keep destroying everything in sight and killing anything that moves.

Thanks to Blackwater and CACI, we now have roving gangs of hired killers that are not subject to any laws anywhere.

Thanks to these wars of aggression to benefit the greed of a few, we are faced with a staged collapse of our own economy. As Americans, we now own less than 18% of our own country while our infrastructure is sold off to foreign investors, home foreclosures skyrocket, and jobs are shipped to foreign countries.

Thanks to the phony War OF Terror, we have lost the writ of habeas corpus, due process, and the right to defend ourselves.  We can now be declared “domestic terrorists” for speaking out against the policies of corporate government.

Thanks to the failure of Homeland Security or the Attorney General, our borders remain wide open while we are colonized by people who not only do not respect us, but openly express their contempt for us; all to benefit the free movement of people and goods for the benefit of business under the S&PP and to facilitate the North American Union Merger.

Thanks to the phony War OF Terror, the president can now declare a national emergency even if he is the only one to perceive one (congress can’t review it for six months); and declare martial law, suspending the Constitution with its Bill of Rights and any upcoming elections, and effectively establish himself as king and dictator.

Thanks to the Civil Assistance Plan signed with Canada (also with Germany and Mexico and others) we can look forward to foreign militaries patrolling our streets, among other things.

And thanks to our do nothing congresses, nothing has been done or will be done to halt or stop any of this.  What this tells me is that they are part of the problem.  We already know they are math challenged and don’t understand that the money they blow is ours.  For some reason they have come to believe that the money they waste is theirs.  This siphon on the public monies is so addictive that these parasites on the public couldn’t even vote to stop their selves from “earmarking” funds for wasteful and stupid projects but they sure don’t have any problem passing an almost unanimous vote nine times in the last seven years giving their selves raises and perks.

Then there is that illegal immigration thing.  For some reason, Speaker Pelosi just can’t seem to understand that her constituents, and 78% of her countrymen oppose amnesty, increases in visa’s, and continuing to support to the tune of billions of dollars a year just to the Federal government (your tax money) people who broke our laws.  Ms. Pelosi now works behind the scenes trying to pass or include one anti-American amnesty plan or another.  This after Americans rose up in massive numbers in opposition to each and every form of the “Dream Act” that was put forward last year.  Billions of dollars that could have helped American families, created jobs, shored up our infrastructure or built that damn fence!  have gone to pay the livelihood of people who are not even legal residents of this country.  Thank you so much, Princess Pelosi!

I have come to the conclusion that the best thing we could do at this point is to rid ourselves of congress.  This institution has become nothing but a siphon of taxpayer money and is totally useless in either defending or protecting the citizenry from what has become an evil empire or is conspiring with it to dismantle our country.  Dismantling the federal congress would allow states to individually decide what they will support or not.  My, but that would change the landscape of corporate government wouldn’t it?  If the senators and representatives were only on the state level and had to stay in-state and actually face the people they are trying to screw over, maybe then things would change.  I would be thankful for that.

Maybe we need to send Dan to Washington (he always has his super-duper calculator with him) and have him sit down and explain to these imbeciles that the math just doesn’t work.  Maybe we could all send each of our legislators a calculator and maybe provide them with a tutor or math translator (after all we’re paying for translators in public schools for kids who don’t speak English) to help them better understand that we are no longer willing to pay for private wars, illegal immigrants, or bridges to nowhere, and that we cannot afford to continue these devastating policies.

But, thanks to those who cling to the right vs. left paradigm, who think God loves us more than others, that gay people are demon possessed, who hate the Muslims because some money grubbing preacher said that God wanted us to hate them and kill them, who believe that killing people “over there” is not going to happen “over here” or that supporting candidates from either side who will only give us more of the same things we have been enduring…. thanks to those people, nothing is going to change.

In the end I have to repeat Dan’s question: “Why don’t we just buy the oil?”  Think of all the grief, the killing, destruction, hatred, bigotry, jobs, homes, businesses that would have been preserved.  Think of all the good that could have been done throughout our own country with 500 billion that has been squandered for war and to enable the destruction of our Republic.

Then ask yourself, why we didn’t just buy the oil?
