The one party system at work….

The sounds of jaws dropping and hitting the floor across the country was never more audible than when the Republican party along with the talking potato heads at Faux News began promoting amnesty for 11 million immigrants who have entered the country illegally.  The post election flip-flop was predictable.  Rather than admit they canned a sure fire winner with Ron Paul in exchange for a corporate panderer that lacked any kind of personality but who would have continued the status quo without question, the GOP has decided that the problem must be those “Latino votes”.  None of this is even slightly surprising.

As a nation, we are about to be the recipients of one of the greatest screw jobs in the history of mankind.  The federal corporation, the one that we refer to as the “federal government” is in the process of negotiation between the warring factions of the one party system over how much amnesty will be given versus how big a hit social security is about to take.

The Democrat faction will cave in on Social Security as a trade for Republicans throwing their support behind a big giant amnesty bill.  The federal corporation wins and we, the public, will get screwed harder than a prostitute at Bohemian Grove.

While at least 67% of Americans oppose any form of amnesty or so-called [comprehensive immigration reform] those righteous jackasses in the District of Criminals continue on as if we were not out here.  For all intents and purposes…we aren’t.  It is these same career politicians who have actively worked to prevent the border from being secured or the active deportation of illegal immigrants back to their home countries.

Deportation is sighted often as “cost-prohibitive” and yet not one of these pathological liars and thugs ever mentions the 2 billion + it costs the federal corporation (taxpayers) each year to support illegal immigrants.  Not one mentions the costs to each individual state for social services benefits and free medical to illegal immigrants.  California for instance, spends about 14.5 billion per year supporting its welfare population of illegal immigrants.  I believe the federal and state combined billions would buy a lot of plane tickets with money to spare.

Cutting Social Security

The big behind the scenes trade-off is this:  Republicans will support Comprehensive Immigration Reform (amnesty) and agree to leave the border open and unsecured so that the flood of immigrants continues unabated.  In exchange, Democrats will support Republican efforts to cut Social Security.

The first cut to Social Security will be this: More

Am I Really, Libertarian, Or Will I Find The Right Keyword?

I’ve never been much of a political person, generally, nor an activist of any measurable sort, but in some manner, gradually; through no conscious effort which I can attribute it to, I now believe that after my nearly fifty years of my drawing breath on this ridiculously whacked out planet, that if I had to acknowledge how I have come to lean, politically, I would call myself a Libertarian. If indeed, one’s being Libertarian, is actually being political? I most curiously do look  forward to any feedback in that regard, if anyone would care to indulge?

Not sure why, but I find it significant somehow, that if I am exposed too heavily or for too long a period of time to either right-wing or left-wing political philosophy; either by means of a television set, radio or internet connection, I invariably end-up so hopelessly frustrated and disgusted by what prospects loom before me, that I am prone to the rigors of temporary insanity.

Be it a Sean Hannity – or a Rachel Maddow, either, bi-polar, episode of one or the other, in large enough doses, manages only to turn my stomach over and yet over once again. Even a mere internet news aggregator such as Matt Drudge – is eventually capable of pissing me off royally, despite his not publishing so much as a single interesting paragraph of his own (think I can safely exclude the ghost written Drudge Manifesto, simply upon the universality of its reviews). His link titles alone, suffice. Yet, for the sake of an art that the man evidently lacks, I am nevertheless am obliged; nearly everyday of the week, to sift through the Sludge Report (couldn’t resist using a familiar tactic to him) that he compiles, for something to inspire me because I tend to write more prolifically well, when I am seeing red. Alas, I suppose, being one of this fellow’s 33 million visitors per day, I suspect my own web site story link won’t be aggregating in Drudgeville anytime soon. Unless, perhaps, its this very article, due to its merely mentioning his existence, of course, and that it just may wind up getting itself around somehow. Wish me luck, if you would, that the silly fellow chooses to Google’s himself again today. If just a 1% of this human parasite’s die-hard patrons clicked on me, I would virtually enjoy an outrageous surge of 300,000 page visits. Outlandish, isn’t it? Perhaps, Drudge, shies away from opinion writers or commentators, preferring his own outdated philosophies and his mercifully – somewhat clever (some of the time), political inferences. More

What you may not know about Obamacare

Below is a video documenting page after page, section after section including line numbers, the intent of Obamacare.  It comes as no surprise that not only will we be paying for the health insurance for illegal immigrants, these people are exempt from individual taxes once Obamacare comes into full force.

Those of us approaching our senior years will be forced to make end of life plans that we may not want or agree with,  and will see our healthcare rationed and treatments decided by non-medical personnel who will decide what treatments will be available to us.

Health care for everyone will be maximum 5,000 per individual and 10,000 per family per year.

Your financial and personal information will be available in real time to various agencies and individuals.  The government will now have direct access to your bank account and may electively remove funds from your account with no notice to you.  No explanation will be provided.  This is why direct deposit was mandated recently on all government checks.  Direct deposit is actually a record of where you bank and your account numbers. Long-Term Lessons for the Tea Party

Look no further than Ross Perot’s Independent Run for the Presidency

Ross Perot’s 1992 independent run for the presidency holds major lessons for the Tea Party in the 2012 elections.

Perot, a billionaire, had the means to fund his first race for president and did, spending some $66 million. He chose Dallas as his independent party’s headquarters, and called for volunteers. Democrats, republicans, libertarians, independent-voters of all stripes-answered the call to help him organize and provide the labor needed to set his campaign in motion against Bill Clinton and George H.W.Bush, Sr.

Perot, it would appear,  was initially asked by the elite to get in the race to bleed conservative votes away from Bush. They had vetted Bill Clinton to be the next president, but felt he might not have enough voter strength to beat Bush outright and knew he needed help; voters, generally, then still being the one uncontrollable on Election Day.

On February 20, 1992, Perot appeared on CNN’s Larry King Live show and announced his intention to run as an independent if his supporters could get his name on the ballot in all fifty states. Which they did; helping him establish his campaign organization and slogan, “United We Stand America.”

As the campaign got underway, Perot got out of the gate fast with good, on-air infomercials (some as long as 30 minutes) about what was wrong with Washington, what needed to be fixed, why it needed to be fixed, and how he would fix it.

Suddenly, he led the voter polls with 39% versus 31% for Bush and 25% for Clinton.  More

I tried watching the swearing in of the new House for the 112th Congress.  I couldn’t stand it.  Standing on the steps outside the House, was one of the greatest collections of career liars,thieves and thugs ever publicly assembled, sprinkled with a few new-comers who probably believe they are actually going to affect a change in the District of Criminals.

By the end of January, these newbies will have been thoroughly indoctrinated and will have had the law laid down to them about how things really work in the District. The newbies will resurface along about February with their talking points memo’s in hand and will dutifully be spouting the party line and will have totally dismissed any notions they may have had about “changing” the way the District does business.     More

Who, by virtue of all these listed activities and many more, was deemed a threat to the government?  Read the bills.  The only thing missing in them is your specific name.  All of this brought to you by the Republicans during the Bush Administrations.

_____________________________

So now Bush and the neo-cons are blameless? And you want the Republicans back?

For all of you out there beating the drum for Republican’s to take control of both houses of Congress, I have to ask:  Were you in a coma from 2000 to 2008?

While I surely do not support the current administration and its globalist agenda, and, while I believe Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid represent a clear and present danger to the country at large, I find them no more repugnant than say, Karl Rove or Tom Delay; their personalities and intentions no less malignant than those of the neo-cons who set the overthrow of the sovereign United States into motion.  I find them equally as frightening in their contempt for us, as I did Dick Cheney and his crew of fascist driven cohorts.  And now you want to put the masterminds of this coup’ back in control?  What is it you think will change?  What is it that you think these psychopaths and sociopaths are going to do to better the current crisis in our government?

How quickly and conveniently so many of you have forgotten that it was the Republicans, lead by the neo-con faction, who gave us the unconstitutional:

  • Patriot Acts;
  • John Warner Defense Authorization Act of 2007; a bill which gave the president the unlawful authority to:
  • declare anyone of us a domestic terrorist for resisting the growing tyranny of our own government; More

Vote all you want…the agenda doesn’t change

We vote because we believe it will make a difference.  We vote because we have been carefully steered through fictional ideologies, presented to us as “us against them”, the right v left, Democrat v Republican, liberal v conservative.  It is all a ruse.  Not one of the people who wave the party flags, who promote the party platforms on either side of the fictional isle belong to anything other than the ruling party of the District of Criminals.  This one party system which has a death grip on the country isn’t about to let go; but I’m not voting for any of them.  I’ve decided that I will not vote for the candidate most likely to cause the least destruction just because he or she isn’t quite as corrupted as the pretended opposition.

We have choices between two things….rotten, and not so rotten at the moment.  If those are the only choices I have, I refuse to choose. I refuse to be forced to choose between the lesser of two evils.  Evil is evil; changing the face of evil by rotating which faction is center stage, makes it no less malignant.  I will not be forced to vote for candidates I firmly believe are set against us.

We need the choice of voting “no confidence” on our ballots.  We need to be able to prevent anyone who cannot garner at least 50% of the vote, from taking an official office.  We need to end corrupt politicians sitting in office who got only 20 or 30% of the vote.  We need a means to convey our disgust at the lack of honesty, integrity and moral character that a vote of “no confidence” could provide.  And we need to prevent career politicians from nesting up in government on a minimal number of votes.

Regardless of which camp you like to think you are in, voting will simply deliver you more of the same no matter who wins.  Just as the Democrats picked up where the Republicans left off in 2008, the changing of the guard on congress will simply see a continuance of the agenda already in motion.  The Republicans will simply pick up where the Democrats left off.  But you are supposed to believe there is some great and vast difference between the right and left.  We’ll get rid of those nasty Democrats and put the Republicans back in there running things…..yeah….that’ll fix it.  Wait…Weren’t the Republicans the ones who set this mess up during Bush the Lessor’s tenure as Prez?  And, weren’t the Democrats going to ride in to save us from the nasty Republicans? REPORT ON THE 10TH AMENDMENT RALLY IN ALBANY NY

It was a beautiful, rain free day on August 7th at the Capitol Steps in Albany where freedom loving New Yorkers gathered in support of the United States Constitution, focusing on the Amendment. The rally began as patriotic music, including songs by local bands the Ameros and American Spirit Unbroken, played while tables were set up by the speakers and candidates. Organizers, driven by the desire to spread the message of the importance of State’s Rights in restoring our Republic and individual liberty, coordinated this event in six weeks with minimal experience and funding.

John Wallace Comments at the Rally (Video):
Part I (4 minutes)
Part II (7 minutes)

The rally was mainly promoted via internet and some radio announcements from Hudson, NY where many of the organizers originate. Traditionally, New York is a left-wing state, but this is a spark that will set afire many more people in the state toward stopping the Federal Government’s intrusion on our liberties. More

Voodoo Economics: The return of Republican fascism

I remember back during the Reagan Administration when “trickle down” economics was first introduced.  The idea was marketed as “ we give huge tax cuts to the wealthy and they will in turn re-invest in America and create jobs”; this was a win/win for the country.  After all, if you tax the people creating jobs, supposedly they won’t be able to create jobs.

This plan, was marketed to the public as an economic theory and plan that just couldn’t lose.  If America’s workforce would just bear the brunt of heavy taxation with no special loopholes, hedges, deductions or other tax escape mechanisms provided to the wealthy,  the wealthy would create vast and wonderful high paying jobs.  The benefits of relieving the wealthy and corporations from paying taxes on 100% of their income or profits would magically “trickle down” to the working class.

It worked!  They did create jobs; in India, Pakistan, China, Taiwan, Mexico and any other nation where returns on investments could be predicated upon slave labor wages and government protection. Oh…and they then got to ship their crappy products back into the US tax free and we got Austin (a.k.a. Abdul) answering the phones for many major corporations.

The wealthy invested alright; in everything and every place but America.  The economic bleeding from the US to foreign markets accelerated to such a rate that businesses literally disappeared overnight and took with them the jobs needed to keep America working.  Off shore accounts were set up to provide fictional business addresses for the stashing of funds, assets and anything else of value in order to avoid US taxes.

The only thing that trickled down to the working and middle class was diminishing wages, a lower standard of living and increased costs of living.  Oh, yeah….and taxes went up too….but not on the wealthy.  The Reagan years marked a major event in the redistribution of wealth as the middle and working classes were relieved of ever increasing amounts of annual income and the country’s wealth was redistributed to those in the upper 3% and to corporations. Dear Speaker Pelosi: About that “preserving the integrity of congress”, thing

Jackass Alert # 5————————————————

Dear Speaker Pelosi:

About that “preserving the integrity of congress”, thing;  Please be advised that you cannot possibly preserve that which (congress, collectively) does not possess.

While I was stunned at Rep. Wilson’s outburst, I quickly realized what it was that shocked me.  It was his spontaneous honesty!  It was what he actually felt; what his true gut reaction was.  I can see why you feel the need to censure him; honesty cannot be tolerated in the golden halls of what was once the government of “We the people” and certainly not passionate outbursts especially from what is portrayed as your opposition.

While I claim no appreciation for either the left or the right wing of this aberration operating as what is supposed to be the people’s government, I have to admit to my admiration for Rep. Wilson.  After all, when have we last seen any representative or senator for that matter, actually showing any passion for any cause?  Unless of course, it has the word(s), “corporation(s)” attached to it.

I have spent a great deal of my time watching the day to day hearings, votes and the one minute speeches called “debates”, delivered to the CSPAN camera’s in a chamber empty of but few of our elected officials and many times, none at all.

I have watched and listened in disbelief as massive amounts of time are wasted asking for some notable so & so’s birthday to be recognized; congratulating each other on what fine and distinguished individuals their “friends across the isle”, are.

I have watched and listened as both factions of this true “one-party” system, have abused their majority ranking to:

  • Suspend rules to force votes;
  • To submit and pass massive legislation that none of you reads;
  • That all of you use to attach pork spending to non-related bills costing tax payers billions in what is nothing less than an attempt to buy votes at home;
  • That is in total opposition to the people you were elected to represent;
  • That is in direct conflict with our rights and liberties.
  • I have sat through committee hearings that were so obviously staged and slanted on various topics and issues, that it left me stunned and wondering at what point congress came to believe we were all so stupid we wouldn’t be able to perceive the deception taking place?

These things and many others equally egregious are done as routine; just business.  At every opportunity congress has shown us that we are not a consideration; we just pay the bills.

As congressional poll ratings are dangerously close to registering in the negative, you might stop to consider why the public holds congress in such low regard.  Of course there is always the possibility that I misinterpreted to whom you were directing this comment on preserving integrity.  I of course immediately believed you were addressing this to those who pay your salaries.  I have concluded you were addressing those who believe as you do that you are somehow above and beyond the common people: you were addressing your cohorts in congress.

Maybe a better line for you to adopt would be: “We must establish some integrity in congress” and move in that direction.

Just my thoughts; my humble opinion.
