Jerri Tillet returns to the show to update her case against the BLM regarding the unlawful and unnecessary roundups and eventual captivity or slaughter of our wild horses in Montana. Having filed numerous lawsuits in an effort to halt the illegal obliteration of these wild herds, Jerry has been relentless in her efforts to stop the killing off of these wild herds.
This week, Jerri will speak about the “evasion of evidence” utilized by the courts to protect the BLM. This refusal to look at any real evidence, studies, or independent information coming from outside the BLM is the tool used to claim the litigant has “no standing”.

An Interview: BLM Theft and Lies and the Wild Horse Herd Roundups
The amazing fact is, not only is there abuse within the BLM roundups ongoing, even as this article written, but currently one can truthfully state that “Billions of Dollars” of “Taxpayer Money” has been spent in this “Illegal” and “Unethical” situation. Profoundly the situation is ongoing. Certainly many aspects of it illegal, and certainly abounds in misconduct of not only government employees but private contractors as well. We’re just now just scratching the surface of this layered activity
This is an industry, Wild Horse Roundups and Horse Slaughter combined, and that makes money in abundance, most often from using taxpayer money. The BLM, the government agency responsible for Administering and Oversight, does not perform either function in a legal or responsible manner.
It is geared toward making money, and that’s it – To hell with the Horses, to hell with the taxpayers, to hell with Government responsibility within their capacity of being Stewarts of American’s lands. The BLM and their contractors are currently functioning without any boundaries what so ever.
Rather than me write about it, I’ve received an interesting interview. This interview takes place between a BLM Special Agent, and a BLM contractor and informant. The Special Agent and his material was then rejected by BLM Officials as being contrary to their ongoing policy, and then covered up.
The Special Agent threatened within several disciplinary functions, administered by other BLM authorities as well as their legal department. Essentially, the interview transcript, thought to be the only copy, was destroyed by BLM legal department Attorneys. The Special Agent did keep a copy for himself. This is a patchwork of pertinent items taken from the actual interview.

Thank you, Marti. I didn’t get to listen to the show while it was on the air, so I listened later. I think you and Jerri are both right. Jerri has the philosophy of “lighting a candle instead of cursing the darkness”. At the same time, JUSTICE must be served and it is long overdue. TENACITY is what will ultimately win this battle. It always does.

A successful lawsuit saves lives and prevents removals. Access is worse than ever according to people who have gone to roundups for many years. Many more people could be attending roundups and collecting data in the field if the money was not all going to ignorant self promoters who live off the wild ones situation!!! There are no successful lawsuits that have given anyone better access or improved BLM handling of wild horses.

Thank you Marti! Where else can you go and hear people tell the truth? I learned a lot from Jerri and from all the callers. I especially like the analogy of athletes running the hurdles knowing that sooner or later “someone” fighting this battle will win simply by many trying and many learning and many sticking to what they know is right. I hope we start winning … and quickly! Thanks to all.

Good Luck, successful court outcomes have come from the Nevada Cases, including one in Federal Courts that guarantees access.
