Danielle Murphy is a mildly autistic disabled adult. She lived with her aunt, Nancy Vallone, in Arizona. Nancy provided the best of care and medical treatment for Danielle.After Danielle was diagnosed with Fragile X Syndrome, Nancy moved to Ohio so Danielle could receive treatment from a top clinic in Cincinnati. Shortly after the move, the Ohio’s Advocacy and Protective Services Agency (APSI) took control of Danielle’s case. They placed Danielle in a group home where she has been physically and sexually abused.APSI denies Danielle the treatment that Nancy moved to Ohio to receive. Worst of all, APSI isolates Danielle from receiving any visitors, including her Aunt Nancy.

This is what my son is affraid of happening to him.. This Predator guardian and her pen toting lawyers will distroy his life.. They already have put his whole family through absolute hell.. The so-called professional guardian has taken thousand of dollars from her victims. My son receives $3600.00 a month from a annuity his parent fought for back in 1983. Anthony (my son) has not received a dime from his annuity after this person got a judge to give it over to her…(2006.) My son has been under our care all his life. We removed him from her evil plan. She spends the $3600.00 on herself, the lawyers and her staff. In other words they financially feed off our family. We took Anthony to three forensic psychologist and all three stated that Anthony is cometent . When we gave the reports to the Seminole court house in Sanford Florida the judge stated ” I won’t except these report”. NO-ONE Has help us to date! We have cried out for help to all the so-called authorities.. ??? No-one will set the record straight.
