Now the enforcement stage will begin. SWAT rates should soar as specially trained tactical units bust down doors at 3 am looking for the nefarious items of mass concern. We need a catchy phrase though. How about “Use a Bumper, go for Bail!” or “Only you can prevent Bumper Bloopers!”. Special tri-folds should be dropped from the air blanketing neighborhoods “If you see something, say something!”. Packages from out-of-state should be scanned, secondhand stores scoured, garage sale permits should contain a warning “Friends don’t let Friends sell Baby Bumpers.”
