When I first heard the news of the Haitian earthquake and, especially when the media and the military rolled out their full-blown response to it within hours of its happening, my first suspicion was that the Department of Defense had deliberately caused the quake using the weapon of mass destruction known as HAARP.
Admittedly, even I thought I’d be rash to say so publically, since the vast majority are unaware of the existence of HAARP, let alone what it is capable of.
What changed my mind about going public with the story was the discovery, by a friend of mine, of a web-based article that appeared on NextGov.com on January 15th, just three days after the quake. The article has since been removed, and with good reason, as it covers a SOUTHCOM training exercise that occurred before the earthquake in which a massive military exercise was conducted to simulate the response to a hurricane in Haiti. Supposedly, the people directing this exercise had no advance knowledge of the quake and when it happened, they just happened to make the decision to “go live” with the exercise.
Why this is so significant is that the very same scenario played itself out during the day of September 11, 2001, when the military was simultaneously conducting “drills” that echoed the exact scenario being played out live in New York and Washington, D.C. In other words, this incredible phenomenon of the military just “happening” to be conducting drills of things that then eerily happen in reality has happened before.
For anyone who has studied 9/11 and other false-flag operations, this Haiti “drill” should send up an immediate red flag. The only reason it hasn’t is because so many are ignorant of the existence and capabilities of HAARP. If the public knew of HAARP and its ability to not only cause and steer hurricanes, but its ability to cause earthquakes, as well, it would be harder to conceal the false-flag attack on Haiti and the subsequent military takeover of the impoverished island nation, disguised as a “humantiraian relief” operation.
But, even if more people knew this, what would be the motive for doing so? That motive appears to be two-fold, at least. First, there is the agenda to bring Haiti under the control of the unseen but rapidly forming global government. Secondly, there is the matter of billions of dollars in gold that was discovered in Haiti in 2007 and was partially used to reduce the island nation’s debt by some 1.3 billion dollars. The remaining gold, then, would make a tempting target, especially for a global government that has already stolen all the gold from Fort Knox years ago and sits astride the world’s gold reserves.
I fully expect that, by writing and publishing this, I will be opening myself up to an avalanche of ridicule, even from those who share my views on most things related to the NWO, since the scenario seems so outrageously far-fetched. But, if you will look beyond my words here and explore the links I’ve provided, I feel confident that you will at least entertain the possibility of it all.
The truth of Obama’s comment is, of course, exactly the opposite: they CAN stop the effects of hurricanes and earthquakes, as THEY are the people CREATING them, and they certainly CAN’T (and won’t) stop the debt, because it is their agenda to use it (along with the HAARP-generated hurricanes and earthquakes) to bring western civilization to its knees, so as to guarantee our compliance with their world government.
The president said in his speech this week , (the one about the economy, you know the economy that is being fixed) … Any way He said ‘We cant stop the effects of Hurricanes and Earthquakes, but we can stop the debt” (emphasis added)
I thought wow they are so arrogant about it, they toss it into the speeches just to make a point to those who know…
Extortion and threats to all nations “comply of die” … Earthquakes , and other nasty natural disasters. ….. hmmm When the Father gets a hold of them .
Good point, Roz. Sometimes, they announce these things in advance, but that’s usually been when it’s purpose is relatively innocuous. When they’ve used exercises to disguise false flag events, there is never any forewarning, so, as you suggest, we’d need someone who knows to come forth and tell us about it.

It’s no “conspiracy theory,” it is a fact that HAARP exists and, as the links I’ve provided in the article show, it is hardly a “test” or the first time HAARP has been used like this. It was used in 2005 in New Orleans to create and steer a hurricane (Katrina) in order to devastate New Orleans. It was used in Indonesia to create the 2004 tsunami, and, aside from Haiti, it has more recently been used in Chile and China.

with all due respect to all the victims of the quake, I just must bring up a ‘controversial’ issue. Has anyone here heard of the new ‘haiti conspiracy theory’? I read that a USA super weapon ‘HAARP’ caused the earthquake as a test. America is just using the earthquake guise to bring 10,000 american soldiers to control haiti for world government!
Then why is the aid not getting to the victims? I’ll tell you why. It’s because our troops are preventing it from happening. They are running a military invasion, disguised as a “humanitarian relief” mission. The media, which is controlled to begin with, is spewing propaganda and keeping us from finding out what is really going on. And that’s to say nothing of the fact that our Department of Defense created the earthquake in the first place.
Think about supporting http://www.missionaryflights.org They are flying doctors and nurses as well as supplies to Haiti everyday.
Exactly, and note the corporate media’s repeated mantra about how they’re soooooo concerned about violence erupting. Of course, this sets the stage for the military to then carry out its operations without any opposition. If anyone opposes them, they’ll be taken out and the media will report it as an “attack” on our troops who were “just trying to deliver aid,” or some such nonsense.
I agree! Our guys were preventing planes with aid from landing and claimed their copters which are supposed to be capable of landing virtually anywhere…couldn’t be used. Food and water piled up on the tarmac and people begging for it. Its like watching Katrina all over again.

Having observed the Haiti situation further over the last week or so, I think there is no mistake that this is a military takeover and earthquake and “relief” effort are a cover for it. Even if one doesn’t buy the use of HAARP in causing the quake, it is still obvious what the response to this has been.
Isn’t it amazing that while Haiti shook, someone had the presence of mind to install Michael Taylor…Monsanto attorney….into the new food safety agency in the gov?
You seem quite sane to me. I’ve been following the development and application of scalar weapons for several years and this falls within the realm of likelihood.
It’s a 35 acre field of antenna’s….shooting an electrical blast 12 miles wide into the ionosphere……it is Tesla’s “death ray” come to life.

I too belive was HAARP…why because after using Haarp techcnology winds around 50km per hour will show in some place….
And guess what we have those in Mexico City for 3 days…really extrange……for sure they went for the gold before the Fed Res falls down at the eyes of the world……

I saw today where they are measuring the rise of Mt Everest at the rate of 1/4 inch per year. using gps and measuring from points all around the globe, the history channel story made me wonder why no seismic activity was charted before the quake. Supposedly, they have these gps recorders all over the earth and chart thousands of small tremors a day….especially under the oceans and seas. But none seemed to preceed Haiti….

I find it hard to believe that HAARP, per se, can “cause earthquakes”. If so, the GOD proptect those of us who appreciate a still Earth, a quiet moment, and freedom from oppression.
