I found this verbiage in HR 3200, but not HR 3590, which is the bill that passed. If it is in HR 3590, would you please tell me the page number?
someone should have not only read but backtraced the redefining of terms, words and definitions, then taken a close look at who the “Stakeholders” are. Veri-chip, Angelmark, Choicepoint (data mining) Accenture (datamining offshore) big pharma, insurance insdustry etc..
Verichip began advertising their rice grain sized implantable chip before the first vote on this abomination. 16,000 pages of info on every aspect of your life. The public backlash was so huge that now they are promoting a “biometrically identifiable health card” which will allow them real time access to any and all info on you.
It isn’t enough to read the flash that appears on the surface..you have to dig in to see what all got redefined, changed, and recoded….and then look at who is intending to profit from it.
Wheelchair protection and other assorted needs are just the scam on the surface to give you the warm fuzzies and in the hopes you won’t look any further. Which apparently you didn’t.

I have actually read the bill. The bill does not require RFID, but rather requires that devices used for medical purposes that are Class II (the class of medical device that things like wheelchairs and hip replacements, as well as temporary and permanent bone pins following a surgery fall under) and Class III (the class of medical device that things like pacemakers and coronary regulators, the stuff that keeps people alive when their body doesn’t do it on it’s own, fall under) are:
1) Kept track of. This means that the FDA knows how many are used and for what.
2) Safety data is reported to the FDA. So if a pacemaker kills a dude, the FDA has to know about it. If a wheel falls off a wheelchair, the FDA has to know about it.
3) Kept in a public record. Which means that all y’all out there that bust yourself falling off a ladder and have to have a wheelchair, you can look online and say ‘Hej, this wheelchair keeps falling apart and killing people’ and then raise hell when your doctor tries to give you one.
It is included in the healthcare reform bill. Veri-chip…one of the hidden benefiters of “reform” has already started advertising the chip. Without it, according to the new law……you won’t get ANY healthcare. Its a back door REAL ID<
