The World Health Organization determined in 2005 it has the authority to dissolve sovereign governments and take control should there be a “pandemic”. This applies to any country signed onto WHO….which of course we are. The WHO just raised this non-existent pandemic to level 6.

“ Under special pandemic plans enacted around the world including the USA, in 2005, national governments are to be dissolved in the event of a pandemic emergency and replaced by special crisis committees, which take charge of the health and security infrastructure of a country, and which are answerable to the WHO and EU in Europe and to the WHO and UN in North America.
If the Model Emergency Health Powers Act is implemented on the instructions of WHI, it will be a criminal offence for Americans to refuse the vaccine. Police are allowed to use deadly force against “criminal” suspects. Here are ten key points associated with MSEHPA:
Under the Model State Emergency Health Powers Act, upon the declaration of a “public health emergency,” governors and public health officials would be empowered to:
- Force individuals suspected of harboring an “infectious disease” to undergo medical examinations.
- Track and share an individual’s personal health information, including genetic information.
- Force persons to be vaccinated, treated, or quarantined for infectious diseases.
- Mandate that all health care providers report all cases of persons who harbor any illness or health condition that may be caused by an epidemic or an infectious agent and might pose a “substantial risk” to a “significant number of people or cause a long-term disability.” (Note: Neither “substantial risk” nor “significant number” are defined in the draft.)
- Force pharmacists to report any unusual or any increased prescription rates that may be caused by epidemic diseases.
- Preempt existing state laws, rules and regulations, including those relating to privacy, medical licensure, and–this is key–property rights.
- Control public and private property during a public health emergency, including pharmaceutical manufacturing plants, nursing homes, other health care facilities, and communications devices.
- Mobilize all or any part of the “organized militia into service to the state to help enforce the state’s orders.”
- Ration firearms, explosives, food, fuel and alcoholic beverages, among other commodities.
- Impose fines and penalties to enforce their orders.
So there you have it. You are now officially to be declared a criminal if you refuse the vaccine and deadly force can be used against you if you resist.
And to think, not only did our federal government agree to this abomination, it was also successful in getting the same laws passed in most states. I will be revisiting this list of powers in a subsequent article as it relates to the coming “healthcare reform”, and other odious pieces of legislation being devised.
This gives me pause to consider this: Could the so-called healthcare reform that the government claims must be done right away, right now, quickly, immediately….no time to waste be tied somehow to this WHO declaration? Hmmmm. I smell a really big rat!
Those pesky FEMA drills…part of a plan?
I am wary of this FEMA drill that is taking place not only for the obvious reasons….but its close proximity to the planned forced vaccinations scheduled to be mandated early this fall. Our own government has expressed its intent to forcibly vaccinate school children as a starter. By all means…..target the most vulnerable first. (Take that any way you like.)
On MSM last evening it was reported that young people between the ages of 19 and 24 are for some reason most susceptible to this lab created virus. I find this curious as this segment of the population is generally the healthiest.
Since the “swine” flu has been so thoroughly exposed as lab created they are now just simply calling it the N1 whatever flu. Apparently this first test run of what was supposed to be a global pandemic couldn’t get off the ground: it didn’t spread as was hoped. Of course the same thing happened with SARS and the Bird Flu…..Those didn’t work so now we get the “Swine Flu”, or the N1 Whatever Flu”. Strange how all these flu’s showed up after they dug up bodies from mass graves to see if they really did die from the flu epidemic in 1918. The new and improved version of this virus is now what we are calling N1 Whatever Flu.
Here’s what I believe is about to happen:
A created strain of flu is going to be set loose in selected areas to begin with. As I believe thousands are going to fall ill simultaneously it will be the fear factor needed to bring thousands more in for what they believe is a vaccine that will save them.
Those that want to self-quarantine, or who simply refuse the vaccines, will either be incarcerated in FEMA camps or otherwise disposed. The vaccines which have not been tested for safety or effectiveness can and will cause harm to many of those receiving the shots, but will be off limits to lawsuits for harm caused.
This will force thousands more in for the vaccinations, out of fear, which are loaded with toxins and pathogens seeking to save themselves from forced incarceration or worse.
At some point in this, we will find out that the foreign troops who supposedly only participated in a mock drill, are not only still here on our soil, but their numbers have multiplied.
Martial law will be declared using the unilateral authority granted the president under the John Warner Defense Authorization Act of 2007, which allows the president to declare an emergency “even if he is the only person to perceive one”. Foreign troops lack the natural inhibition our own military has about firing on US citizens…that’s why they are here.
I do not believe this is a mock drill. I think it is actually the planned strategic placement of foreign troops within the US for an anticipated and planned event.
The vented three story rail cars which are claimed to be nothing more than haulers for large SUV type vehicles would come in really handy here. Foreign troops and military equipment could be moved further into the country and put in place without anyone ever knowing they were there until they were needed. Besides, I don’t know of any car haulers that need that much targeted ventilation: humans on the other just might.
I feel that there will be several catastrophic events from about mid-August to the end of October and maybe into November somewhat. At the end of this period, after the American public has been frightened to death, everything will begin coalescing and will culminate at the end of the year.
In the interim: will we see the deaths of thousands upon thousands of American’s and other peoples around the world, if not millions?
I was curious as to why the WHO would move this flu into a pandemic (phase 4) category when there was no evidence that it was pandemic.
Then came the predictions from our government that the “flu” would probably become much worse this fall. This indicates to me that a new and more virulent strain has been developed and is set to be turned loose. I base this on the evidence that the flu was lab created and would not have occurred naturally combining four unrelated dna strains……the statements by the CDC that they had a vaccine within three weeks of the “outbreak”…..knowing that seed stock for vaccines takes at least 12 weeks to develop and several more weeks to mass produce……and the orders during the last year of the Bush Crime Administration for Tamiflu which supposedly is the cure or prevention for a flu which didn’t exist at the time, at least not publicly.
Less than 1,000 cases worldwide as of May does not make a pandemic. (Two weeks ago, WHO advised nations to stop testing for H1N1 and instead to report trends of flu like symptoms.) H1N1 has been very mild, according to the WHO:
“This pandemic has been characterized, to date, by the mildness of symptoms in the overwhelming majority of patients, who usually recover, even without medical treatment, within a week of the onset of symptoms.”
England reported they have 110,000 new infections, just in the last week, of N1 Whatever Flu. The week before England reported 100,000 new infections.That piece of information came and went without much fanfare. Corresponding with friends in England, they report they were not aware of any such outbreak.
We’re on the brink, people. Whatever has been in the works for several years, if not for decades is about to come to fruition. Grab your butts! This is going to be one bumpy ride!

The US may have reserved this right…..but name one politician or public official that has attempted or demanded that our rights be observed. Instead….the pres, congress, CDC, etc……are all deferring to the WHO.
MESPHA was commissioned by the CDC at the direction of WHO. 38 states have now adopted the emergency state health powers model…..all based on WHO criteria.
So much for reserving our rights.

I never changed the subject. I simply noted that there is a sudden influx of posters to web sites all posting the same drivel which apparently is staged.
If you wish to discuss an article and can produce something other than what someone else handed you…fine. You seem unable to do that. And, it is you who “attacked” the messanger parroting the current round of talking points.
My belief is that every politician is bought and paid for. They covet their offices for the power it provides them and the ability to make future plans for their own safety.
I have something to hide???? ITs you who are here posting on behalf of what I suspect is your employer.
It was you who appeared here making your claims ……..prove to us that there is even ONE politican whose interest in a political career is anything other than monetary and power driven. At least while these offices still exist. It is only in that context that they covet these offices at all.
You did not come here for a discussion or to provide countering information……you came here, as I suspect you have many other sites, to create a disruption.
In the end, you commented about nothing to do with an actual article, did not go to any links provided, did not do any research. You just came here and reprinted your script that you are posting other places.

So are you backing off from claiming that all politicians are anti-career? Hey, if I proved that point to you then please.. admit it. Pretending it didn’t happen, pretending it doesn’t deflate your claims, would be dishonest and deceptive. If it makes a huge hole in your premise, then admit that too. If all you have left is attempts to change the subject and attack the messenger then that doesn’t support your beliefs very well.. in fact it makes it seem like you have something to hide.
You lack the courage of your convictions. When challenged, when asked to back up your claims.. you suggest that I leave. That is not the behavior of someone who is confident of their opinions. That is not the behavior of someone who knows they can prove their claims and back them up with sources and sound reasoning. That is the behavior of someone who is in denial.
Back up your claims: if politicians are anti-career, prove it. Show your work. If you cannot, then admit it. If all you can do is change the subject then that shows a great deal about how reliable you are on issues like this.

So now, when we publish the actual documents and links to government resources detailing what is about to happen…..we’re fearful? paranoid? Our sanity is in question? Hmmmm.
I suspect your integrity is in question. But the world is full of people who will sell their souls hoping to save themselves.
Do us all a favor…..stay off this site. If in the future you can add anything worthwhile, if you have any actual information that would refute what one of our writers has said…..if you can comment without using “talking points” created specifically to derail any real dialogue, you are welcome back.

Oh, sure.. yeah, politicians don’t give a shit about their careers at all. I find that sooooo ocnvincing. Have you ever met a politician? Do you really think they aren’t career oriented? Reallly? Do you need someone to hold your hand and walk you through this? Seriously, what planet do you live on? List these politicians that don’t care about their careers. If you really think that is every politician, back it up. It should be simple, if you are correct. There must be countless sources, studies, examples of politicians quitting their jobs or sacrificing their careers in order to accomplish a goal.. good or evil. Find those examples, if you can… or learn from your inability to find those examples.
Career is everything to those people. Everything.
Fear, mistrust, paranoia. You mistrust politicians, so you fear them and develop paranoid delusions that imply that politicians are.. inhuman, or outright evil. This is not a good sign as far as your sanity is concerned. Get some help.
Do you honestly think that our politicians are the least bit concerned about a “continuing of their careers”?
It is sheer stupidity to believe that all the legislation meant to rob us of our rights, that gives government absolute power they were never meant to have, that executive orders are issued taking control of everything possibly related to our every day lives, that politicians knowingly write and pass legislation that is an assault on the Constitution…….that more laws are broken each and every day by career politicians…….that there is no intent on their part to end life as we have known it? Do you really, in that myopic little world you seem to navigate in, think for one minute these people are remotely concerned with continuing anything other than their own self-serving existence?

Exactly, Frank. That is why this kind of paranoia is so obviously out of touch with reality. People who believe this crap are assuming that every single person in government will just say “sure, take over my country, end my political career too while you are at it.” It is sheer stupidity to think people would actually do that.
As for the declaration…….it was contained in the minutes of the 2005 meeting of WHO and has now been “disappeared” . WHO claims there were no minutes taken and refused to release them. Common sense tells you this isn’t true. Minutes are ALWAYS taken. This was a meeting of 194 of the participating countries.
And since when do we become part of a “Constitution” pertaining to a World organization?
I have an idea……instead of attacking what we assert………..why don’t you show us where we are wrong? Show us the links to information that says this isn’t the case……something from the federal government maybe……or a clear and defining statement from WHO that they do not have this claimed this authority. . How about a declaratory statement from our government that they would never allow this to take place…that they would in fact opt us out of the 2005 declaration if this was attempted? Or one that even says this is not now, and never will be the case.
In fact, write your favorite senator and ask them directly if this is the case. Ask him/her to give you the evidence, not just his/her opinion, that WHO does not have this power or that the US has not agreed to it. Send that repsonse to us and I will personally put it on the front page in great big letters.

you are correct, they can opt out. Heard of any doing that? Has the US done that? Any hint that they might? The answer is no.
In fact our government and media constantly refer to what the WHO is doing and is planning in regards to the “pandemic”. Obama, just as every president before him since WHO inception, defers to the WHO. The CDC takes it cues from WHO. States have issued, as has the federal government Emergency Health Powers Acts…..all based on WHO criteria. Each state and federal law is a validation and ver batum repetition of WHO regulations.
When WHO upped the non-pandemic to a higher pandemic level ….did you hear the CDC or anyone in the government object? Did any of them question this unwarranted rise in pandemic threat? Nope. In fact CDC announced they were working closely with WHO.

Furthermore Article 22 of WHO’s Constitution allows countries to opt out of any WHO’s regulations.
I’ve had a look around for this so-called “declaration” and all I find is a bunch of random blogs repeating it with no references or links.
Perhaps you could do us the courtesy of giving a reference to this alleged declaration?
